Ordered a Grande Blonde Roast, French Press style.
Received a pour-over Blonde Roast.
When I questioned the Barrista, her reply was, "That's what I was told we do", I responded, "but that's not what I ordered", she replied, "Well I don't know how to do that"
Here's a thought, if you're gonna run a coffee shop, train your associates on how to do their job before you worry about "Diversity Training"

I love Starbucks & glad to have found one closer to Kingsland than Yulee on 95 however this Starbucks does not come up on Several apps, Google maps, Starbucks, etc ... thanks for great coffee & friendly service!

The restaurant is attached to a travel stop near I95 and does not have a drive-thru. The staff has been known to go above and beyond to help customers, even if it's not their problem. However, some employees may not always be pleasant, and some customers have had bad experiences. Overall, Starbucks Coffee Company is a place where customers can get a great drink and sometimes exceptional customer service.
