I dont know who the new owners are now but I see a huge difference my food is always hot and ready my drinks now tast so fresh and flavorful and the girls at the window are super friendly and very lovely this has been my go to spot for several years love it!

The girls on afternoon shift are so sweet and helpful. I appreciate their patience and quick work, took no time to get my sandwich and coffee on the way to work. They immediately cashed me out as soon as I pulled up to the window and my things were handed to me not even 3 minutes later. Great work!

Sadly I will not be returning to this location anymore. I stopped going a few months ago for the same reason that my food was constantly being burn. The fact that they felt satisfied to serve this is disrespectful to the money I pay that supports this location.
I came back to give them one more try and I'm guessing the day I went Management was uptraining. The girls were more polite and welcoming and no burnt food. After a week that stopped and here we are with an extremely charred burnt cheese that I had to scrape off of my sausage pattie while hot with my hands bec i had no napkins or utensils. Management would be better off in getting a whole new team with a better work ethic and attitude than keep who they have.

Messed up my sandwich order, and when I asked her about it, gave me a look like “tough Shift, deal with it”…
Apparently the cashier wrong it up wrong which isn’t my fault. Ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwich which comes with 2 eggs, only gave me one.
What makes it worse is that it seemed to have been the shift manager that dealt with me in that uncaring way.
I love how friendly afternoon shift, the 3 girls working, they made my day!! Once I entered the store I was greeted right away even though the girls were handling customers. They made conversation with customers to see if they have everything they ordered. When they took my order I got my stuff right away! This is the best Dunkin I’ve ever been to in Brunswick, great customer service!!

it is the best Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. The aroma is amazing and the people are so so kind, caring and always trying to solve problems and handle things in a very timely manner, as well as the order coming out super fast and right, as well as the drinks, I haven’t tasted anything better! I am in love with this place and try to come in any chance to get some more and talk to the amazing people there!
