the lady didn’t know what a mocha iced coffee was and we sat at the speaker trying to explain for 5 mins, then they didn’t even know our order once we got to the window (we were the only people in the line) will not return (to this one)

They never have the Kreme any more. I got jelly one was a little on the hard side and didn't have a lot of jelly in it. The person at the register was nice but just kept saying we just ran out. That's what they all say. I don't think I will bother with them again. So sad they used to be the best.

WORST DUNKIN EVER! 20 minutes for 2 drinks. Tasted disgusting. Rude employees. Handed me a medium when I ordered a large like he didn’t know what a large cup was. Ridiculous! Get your shit together people, it’s not that hard.

Fun Halloween decorations!! Gotta be quick for the seasonal munchkin buckets. Excellent service. If you are looking for something new to try, just ask!! Yesterday I had an excellent cold drink: Matcha vanilla. Yum!

I saw the cashier today with the finger in her nose, not wearing any gloves handling food . What I ordered today didn’t come out right wearing dirty clothes eating behind the line talking on the telephone. What’s happening to Dunkin’ Donuts or should I say what’s happened to Brunswick Georgia? You asked for our manager is not a manager on duty you try to call customer service and you can’t get any help. We need a Krispy Kreme and Brunswick Georgia.

I ordered a dozen doughnuts, asked for 4 lemon filled, 4 chocolate chocolate icing, 4 glazed and a strawberry coolants. I took a sip of my collate and it was the worst I’ve ever tasted. So they made me an iced caramel coffee instead. When I got home, what I thought was lemon filled was vanilla crème.
From here on out, I will take photos , I will get my receipt and if something is wrong, I will bring it back the next time I’m headed that way.

Most of the restaurant choices at exit 29 (off of I-95) are exactly like this Dunkin. Dirty, run down, and unfriendly. This is not the exit you are looking for (I wave my hand in front of your face. You feel encouraged to look elsewhere).

Parking: Plenty of parking at the waffle house.

We placed our order inside, and the staff was friendly. That said, we grab coffee and coffee drinks at Dunkins daily, I'm consuming an ice coffee as I write this review. We ordered six coffee beverages, and not one order was correct, lol. How is that even possible? lol. I get it if one order was incorrect, but all of them! A little training would go a long way. We kept our beverages because we used Uber to get there. I'm not mad, just disappointed.
