I love the group of people who work at exit 29 Ellianos! They are amazing and always willing to help the customer!
My last three PREORDERED visits haven’t been done on time and I have had to wait once for well over 15 minAFTER waiting in line to get to the window, on top of that I got the wrong things, and the coffee machine clearly needed cleaned. Additionally items I would have preferred were not available on the app but were clearly available when I got there. On top of it all the only way to communicate with the company is by leaving this review. It’s disappointing and frustrating.
The lines can be wrapped around the building and they have came out with my order so that I’m not waiting forever. I always try to get my order in early through the app. This means the world since I’ll be on my way to work. Showing the extra effort and care is 100% why they will get my support. Not to mention I love the coffee, joy shot and bagels!!
