I placed a mobile order for delivery through the third party website "doordash" for our local store in Brunswick ga. Store located at 919 glynn Ave. Unfortunately the third party site shows the stores sales promotions and bogo specials on the site and presents it as if you are ordering the menu specials and then at the final stage of payment completion you discover the menu promotion you order doesn't actually apply. The subs at Firehouse are the best. With my husband’s and my birthday 3 days apart, it was great that he could still use his discount for a free sub.
very bad experience. my wife waited for her sandwich, restaurant not busy. she went to check where it was, they hadn't started to make it yet. asked to talk to manager
young lady said she was manager. said they were busy doing other things the empowered just standing around talking with each other. Mgr told me nothing they could do about why they hadn't made the sandwich. had a could care less attitude
we are regulars and have never this type of experience
