I know mornings are busy but I waited almost 20 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese muffin and only to find that my order was setting on the pick-up counter along with 3 others and had been there for several minutes.. Would have been nice for someone to at least call out (loudly) the ticket number when placing it on the counter. Poor customer service.
