Fish Tales Pub and Grill

My son and I were passing through town on our way back home from FL. We decided to try this place. The food was not good. I got wings (garlic parm), my son got biscuits and gravy. Not really sure how you mess up biscuits and gravy. Anyway, thumbs down on the food. I really did want to like it. :( I am now having diarrhea. Ugh.

We stayed at site 19. The people there were extremely polite and the hookups were top notch shape. The restaurant there was really good. We will definitely be back there !!

Steaks are tough,but grilled shrimp was great!!

Get steak and shrimp doordashed to me regularly even though it's door dashed the food is always excellent steak is delicious and the shrimp is killer all at an affordable price definitely recommend

This is a little restaurant with great service and food. We had the BBQ pork belly which come served on Mac and cheese. Delicious. A small salad also. I ordered pork skins with guac. Yummy....they were freshly fried. Definitely will come back. Our waitress ( I'm bad with names) she was pleasant.

Lisa was terrific and very informative. The shrimp po boy was great, the fish and chips were as well. Well prepared, fresh and thoroughly enjoyable experience!

Our blended family (Black, White, and Mexican) had a very disappointing experience at Fish Tales Pub & Grill in Brunswick. We were told to seat ourselves upon arrival and received a cold, unwelcoming reception. Drink orders were mishandled – simple requests (like a lemon for water) were ignored, and the “lemonade” tasted like plain water. Service was extremely slow; we waited over an hour for our food with no refills or updates during the wait.

Even more troubling was the differential treatment we felt. The server’s tone and attentiveness noticeably changed when interacting with our Black family members, leaving us feeling unwelcome and discriminated against. When our meals finally arrived, the dishes were handed to us abruptly without any courtesy. Most alarming, we found a hard piece of plastic under the hamburger patty of one of our meals, one which was order by a black member – a serious food safety hazard and an odd coincidence considering. In the end we paid and even left a tip, but we left feeling disrespected and concerned. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this restaurant given the unsafe food and poor, possibly discriminatory service we experienced.

First of all the waitress was sweet. We walked in the windows and sills were extremely dirty. The water and tea tasted bad not sure what was wrong. We order two specials and a pizza. We sat 30 to 40 min the special came out which was suppose to pulled pork but was mystery meat. Like chopped deli meat. The pizza never came out and we left. Extremely disappointed. We did tip our server.

Love their veggie pizzas. Great outside atmosphere where you can bring your dog on a leash to hang out. Service is always great.
