Sitting here now eating the 1 flavor they had available. Seriously, 1 flavor. She shrugged it off and said it was the storm's fault. As in the storm that passed on Thursday leaving town relatively unscathed. It's Saturday afternoon. No other customers in the place and the tables are dirty and used napkins laying on them. The young lady walked out long enough to complete my transaction and went right to the back of the store not to be seen again.

We went to get my daughter some frozen yogurt, and it was closed. No hours were posted on the doors or windows. We visited at 12:45pm. Online only do they post their hours.

The frozen Yogurt was good but as far as customer service… Two thumbs down. It was my girls first time and they were so excited. We were just standing at the counter waiting for her to speak or say something. She didn’t even point us in the direction of the cups or anything. She is really a store prop. I went last night around 6pm. For the price of the yogurt I would expect exceptional customer service. This is coming from someone who has worked in customer service for 10 years. If I do decide to take my girls again I will be sure to let my voice be heard about how bad the service is. She needs training bad. Perhaps send her on Sea Island for some training. IJS

Clean and friendly. My first time in this store and I was very pleasantly surprised. I opted for the cookies sandwich. That was really delicious :-)

(And I've been to Orange Leaf in Texas, Cherry Jubilee in North Dakota, some frufru place in California and all the froyo in between.) This is is the best - best tasting, best constancy, best best. Oh and they have a jump around on the screen game my kid really gets a kick out of.
