Our friends in Darien, Ga recommend Willie Jewell’s for some good BBQ. We all went together for a late lunch. We’re from Texas, so we were skeptical that their BBQ would be good. Well, let me tell you it was sooooo good. We had a sliced brisket sandwich with corn fritters. The sandwich was just right! Our friends from Darien, got some pork ribs and they shared one with us. Food is always good. Yesterday I tried their stuffed baked potato with pork. I asked for no sour cream so it had pork, cheese, butter,and scallions. It was huge and delicious. I also got a side of their lima beans which are incredible.

Expensive! 1 Brisket plate with an extra side of Cole slaw and onion rings with w/ 2 drinks was $50. Tasty food and good service but you will pay for it. Skip the Mac n cheese though, tastes like it came from a can.
