I broke a rib and had gastroparesis for 13 days. Nothing stayed down, not even water. My first hunger craving was a Frisco. The staff at this Hardee's was exemplary. They were so kind to make everything fresh and even brought it to the table for us. These employees took so much care with me, my food, and even checked on me like a 5 star restaurant. Every single employee here deserves special recognition for going above and beyond every expectation. Please please give these amazing people a bump in any way possible. They truly care about the customer experience.

I saw one of the staff handle trash and not wash her hands. She immediately went back to work. It’s one thing to assume employees wash their hands and another to actually see it not happen
