Like most fast food places. The employees do the bare minimum. No one is beating the door down to work here. 8 employees on shift, 3 diners, and no one can clean the tables off. When I walked in, I felt like I was a burden to the employees. That's never a good sign.

I must say this has to be the worst Hardee's in the country. I made an online order of a double Frisco burger with no mayo and no bacon. The order was to be ready at 2:16 pm. I arrive at 2:20 and they have t even put in my order and there was no line in drive thru or anyone inside the store. I asked about my order and the worker gave me a look that wasn't pleasant. They said my order would be out shortly. I confirmed with them regarding no bacon and no mayo and they said they would make sure. 20 mins later I finally received my food and left. About 10 mins down the road I open the bag and pull out my food and it has bacon and mayo on it. An excessive amount of both. I had to discard the sand who as I was too far down the road to turn around as I was traveling and don't live there. I'd like a full refund and I would recommend others not to visit this Hardee's

Came here for a DoorDash and I looked beside the register by the food and I seen a roach just running around..BE CAREFULLL😐

drive through, no line. pretty quick to get my large order, but had me pull up to side door just to ensure I wasn't blocking others behind. took a few minutes and had no issue throwing in extra condiments when asked.

The employees were having such a good time today - laughing and carrying on...too bad the service and burgers weren't up to their normal standards. We didn't get what we ordered, staff argued when we pointed out one of the burgers was supposed to be a double (correct on receipt), wrappers were greasy on the OUTSIDE as well as the inside, buns were moist and falling apart. When this was pointed out to staff, they laughed. What was meant to be a trip to have a terrific burger, turned out to be a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.

The employees were so rude to the customers and to each other , the order was incorrect, which we asked them to correct but they didn’t and I would never return to this location again. Horrible experience. It was 2:30pm and they were not busy at all.
