All Hooters are about the same, but the difference is generally the service. Such is the case with Golden Isles Hooters. The difference here is the bartender, Kayla. She provides excellent personal service, and expert bartending skills. We always make it a lunch date to see Kayla.

My server was amazing her name was Kimberly she was new, but you wouldn't have ever been able to figure that out. She made sure I had everything I needed and even hung out to chit chat a bit because I was eating alone. I appreciated that. And it being my first time eating there ever it was a great experience.

Service was horrible waited at the front to be seated for 5 minutes and was not acknowledged
The food was not great, very greasy, and the restaurant was very dirty. Our servers sat us down at a booth that had food and crumbs all over the table and seats. The floors looked like they haven’t been swept or mopped in weeks. The bathroom was equally gross. And it wasn't busy on a Saturday at lunchtime. One person sitting at the bar and that was it. Should have taken that as a BIG CLUE! Only good thing about our experience was our server. She was friendly and efficient. But we will not be returning.

We went to the Hooters this Saturday for lunch and they were not crowded at all. Staff could care less if you’re standing up front waiting to be seated. Once seated we ordered drinks which never came. I sat and watched a manager come out of the back on the phone and look at people standing waiting to be seated. Staff walked around like they were in no hurry to help anyone. I talked to other patrons who stated that it took for ever to get food and then they forgot items. I don’t fault waitresses as much as I do management for not correcting any problems. I’ve gone to Hooters for years and never got the service or lack there of this place. Management , if you have a problem, try to solve it!!! Don’t walk around like you cannot lift a finger to help your staff!!!! If your not a leader, go find something else to do!!! We left without ever being served drinks!!!
