The pizza is almost always undercooked. I was supposed to get free pizza puffs due to spending $20+, but they didn't make them. I was going to wait for them. The staff is rarely at the counter. We cook the pizza a bit more when we get it home. It tastes good and it's cheap. That's why we continue to order from there
I ordered a Pep pizza, cheesy bread, and pep puffs. Food was NOT FRESH!! I called the store on Altama connector and was told if I wanted to bring it back they would replace the cheesy bread which was hard and unable to be eaten. If I wanted to drive to bring it back, I WOULDNT HAVE ORDERED ONLINE. The guy on the phone said he could put a ticket in and the people for online order would find out what really happened. I ordered online and picked it up from the kiosk. Had no human interaction. It was great, though. It was my 1st time using the kiosk. Would definitely order from here again. Food was great.
