Can’t get your order right!!!!!! I repeated the order twice!!!!
Food is good, but so is the customer service. A big thank you to staff member, Ariel B, for retrieving my credit card which I dropped at the drive-thru window. You're an angel.
It’s not that I don’t recommend Zaxbys I love their tongue torch chicken fingers but the last three times I’ve gone through the drive-through my orders have been wrong!! The third time was this passed Friday and I called after I got home (in the rain) unloaded all my groceries got my kids settled then put away my groceries opened my food and WRONG.
