Went there with family that was in town to watch the football game. The service was excellent and the food was really good. We had the meatballs, mozzarella sticks, pizza and wings.

Half of the dining room is closed. Server was very nice. We ordered and multiple items they ended up being out of. They ran out of to go cups, bacon, wings and even dough where they weren't able to complete the original orders and had to have us order something else. One salad came out significantly late compared to other items and another salad came out with a hair in it. It took almost 30 minutes just for our party to get our drinks because their cups were dirty. The manager told our server there was nothing they could do to discount the bill even though it was issue after issue that we had no control over. While we were getting ready to leave almost 2 hours later after being told they ran out of dough and couldn't finish making our original order they were pulling other pizzas out of the oven. Very disappointing experience.
Response to the reply: the "20% discount was us not being charged the 20% gratituity on our bill due to being a large party. There was no discount provided except for at the expense of our server who did nothing but try to make our visit as pleasant as possible even with the issues. We are from out of town and were also at the baseball tournament down the road. Unfortunately our back to back to back games caused us to not be able to come earlier. It was a poor experience and was not handled properly. The manager never even came over to talk to the table either.

Called in an order at 5:45. Said it would be 20 to 25 minutes. Got there at 6:15 and they hadn’t even started it. Took another 30 minutes. It was supposed to be a 12” pizza, but it was a 9”x6” pizza pulled out of the freezer and taken out of the plastic. DO NOT GO HERE.

I was looking for a great pizza place & seen this place online and decided to give them a try. I walked in and was not welcomed in or acknowledged. Several waitress walked right pass me. I walked out & went to Broomelli's were I felt welcomed & greeted upon entering the establishment. I was very disappointed, because I really wanted to try their deep dish pizza. God bless!

I was very disappointed ordering here. They shocked me with their customer service when I called to inquire why I didn’t receive our food. Ordered and then they blamed DoorDash why our order took two hours even though it was ordered through their website. When I called the store they said they didn’t receive the order however forgot to ask me my name so not sure how they knew that. By the way they hung up on me as well!! The DoorDash delivery guy had to wait at the store for them to make it after all that. When the food actually arrived it was wrong (no sauce with the breadsticks).

Starting this review with the positives and then I will come to the criticisms. The service was good and the waitress was attentive and helpful even though it was her first day. The pizza was ok with a good crust and sauce. Now to the criticism, the wait time was long it took about 45-55 minutes for 1 take out pizza and it wasn’t super busy. The medium size pizza was also kinda small for the price.
Met some family here for lunch and it was very nice. The pizza and wings we had were very good. Price on the wings was a little high but they tasted very good. Our server was great and kept coming to check on us(group of 8). It was my first time but everyone else I was with had been here many times. Stop in and try the food if you have never been. It was good. We will be back!
This place sucks every time I try to go eat there either there out of the stuff or they won’t take your order because they close in 30-45 minutes never again

Had an Early dinner around 4ish... Place was slow due to time of day. Service was Great!! Food was Great!! I was craving the Firecracker Pasta and was so glad they still had it on menu!!! We hadn't been in a couple years due to some other circumstances but we loved it!!! And will be back!!! Hopefully for Trivia night!!!
