This was the first time we'd been to Mr. Shucks Seafood. It will not be the last. The server was PHENOMENAL!! The food was EXCELLENT! I don't like buffalo, but the buffalo shrimp were OUTSTANDING!!! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Snow birds for 3 months(Jan-April). Enjoyed Mr. Shucks 2024 so went 1st week Jan 2025. Back once week Wed. for husbands fav. crab cakes. Best seafood, presentation, choice, value, staff. Met the owner last nite( our last time for 2025). He was engaging, warm, proud of 15 yr . Success. I got a hug. Best overall experience in Brunswick/Jekyll.

This restaurant was on my 'want to go' list after seeing it rated 8/100. I ate here twice now, and each time was very good and flavorful. The first visit was better, I guess the excitement ? but it's still on my return to list. A tasteful seafood treat periodically. The service is great as well.
