I’m a truck driver that lives in Florida. This Starbucks is the only one that makes my coffee exactly how I order it. I don’t know about the afternoon crew but the morning crew are great.
This is barely a Satellite Starbucks with an absentee manager and a poorly run store with multiple rude associates. If traveling set your sites on another location as this one is a poor excuse for a fake location. Go to a Real Store

I see why this Starbucks has terrible reviews. I went in to place my order and while there, there were 3 employees visible. Not one took the time to even greet me even though I was standing at the register. The employee who took my order didn’t even say “thank you”. The other employees were just as bad by pretending I wasn’t even there.
They all looked like young employees. Maybe their first job? Regardless, I don’t blame them as this tells me that they have not been trained correctly. This is a managers fault for not caring enough for their customers to even train employees in basic customer service. Do better!!

Genuinely the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. My mom and I hit this Starbucks on the way to NC from FL. Every time we go in it is staffed solely by high schoolers who are rude and unprofessional. Today we went in and the staff was sitting on the floor, drinking coffees and laughing loudly. When we went up to the ordering area we were greeted by a “hey”. This is generally how we are greeted every time we come to this location. Really disappointing experience.

Kind of a disaster today. At least 5 people and very little attention to the customer. I mean I dont mind waiting but the Gen Z attitude is annoying. No Be right with you, sorry for the wait, thank you for your patience Nope Nothing. What you get is annoyance irritation anger frustration and I think all I got when I finally received my coffee was an eye roll eye though I never said a word. Hey its Starbucks and guess we will be back anyway. Bad service is bad service.

This facility is attached to a TA travel stop near I95. If you get a drink from here make sure they add the toppings you asked for. If brought to their attention of a drink that was made incorrectly they will fix it.

Let me paint you a picture: I stopped at the Burger King inside the truck stop in Brunswick, Georgia, hoping for a quick bite. Instead, I spent 20 minutes standing in what can only be described as a fast-food purgatory. No food. No refund. No urgency. Just me, alone, watching the staff move like confused extras in a student film called How Not to Run a Kitchen.
Just as I was about to walk out and consider eating my steering wheel, two young employees at the Starbucks next door saw me—clearly starving and dead inside—and immediately apologized for Burger King’s incompetence. Think about that. A Starbucks barista apologized for a Burger King meltdown. That’s customer service on another level.
They rushed to get me a hot meal, fast, friendly, and with more compassion than I’ve seen in most hospitals. They didn’t have to help me. They weren’t even involved. But they went above and beyond to make it right—and they did it with actual grace and kindness.
Starbucks: keep these two. Promote them. Clone them. Give them a parade.
Burger King: close your doors, take off the crown, and go sit in the corner until you remember how to function like a restaurant.

I got my iced hazelnut oatmilk shaken espresso. The service was quick, and the drink tasted great. There were no issues at all. I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews. The only downside was that there’s no drive-thru.
Those children made me a hot milk for 7 something dollars..
Poor customer service at this location. I think I would skip this particular location along the highway and find another one instead.

Employees wasn't as pleasant as most Starbucks I've visited. I wasn't greeted when i entered or even during the time of placing my order, no one smiled.. we all have bad days maybe it was just them having a bad day that day!!
I order at hot caffe and I get cool and old coffee. Over priced for what I really get.
Nothing to other Starbucks stors.
Savanah was wonderful with explaining things and making sure I got just the right drink and I don't know the young lady who made my drink but from the lady with the iced coffee with blonde expresso and lost of peppermint... THANK YOU!!! BEST COFFEE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!
This starbucks continues to out do itself by reaching new heights in poor customer service. This morning was exceptional and the poor service was one of the managers. No one was in the store and I stood at the register without being acknowledged for over two minutes before I said God morning. They continued their conversation before acknowledging my greeting. Additionally, I said thank you when I was handed my Venti Mocha and did not even get a response back. Starbucks is majorly failing in customer service and that was the only reason to pay the exorbitant fees they charge. Dunkin is across the street I can get treated badly for much less money.
Amazing staff! I just started coming here everyday Monday-friday and they're always so friendly and helpful😊
