Let me paint you a picture: I stopped at the Burger King inside the truck stop in Brunswick, Georgia, hoping for a quick bite. Instead, I spent 20 minutes standing in what can only be described as a fast-food purgatory. No food. No refund. No urgency. Just me, alone, watching the staff move like confused extras in a student film called How Not to Run a Kitchen.

Just as I was about to walk out and consider eating my steering wheel, two young employees at the Starbucks next door saw me—clearly starving and dead inside—and immediately apologized for Burger King’s incompetence. Think about that. A Starbucks barista apologized for a Burger King meltdown. That’s customer service on another level.

They rushed to get me a hot meal, fast, friendly, and with more compassion than I’ve seen in most hospitals. They didn’t have to help me. They weren’t even involved. But they went above and beyond to make it right—and they did it with actual grace and kindness.

Starbucks: keep these two. Promote them. Clone them. Give them a parade.
Burger King: close your doors, take off the crown, and go sit in the corner until you remember how to function like a restaurant.

I got my iced hazelnut oatmilk shaken espresso. The service was quick, and the drink tasted great. There were no issues at all. I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews. The only downside was that there’s no drive-thru.

Poor customer service at this location. I think I would skip this particular location along the highway and find another one instead.

Employees wasn't as pleasant as most Starbucks I've visited. I wasn't greeted when i entered or even during the time of placing my order, no one smiled.. we all have bad days maybe it was just them having a bad day that day!!

Savanah was wonderful with explaining things and making sure I got just the right drink and I don't know the young lady who made my drink but from the lady with the iced coffee with blonde expresso and lost of peppermint... THANK YOU!!! BEST COFFEE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!

This starbucks continues to out do itself by reaching new heights in poor customer service. This morning was exceptional and the poor service was one of the managers. No one was in the store and I stood at the register without being acknowledged for over two minutes before I said God morning. They continued their conversation before acknowledging my greeting. Additionally, I said thank you when I was handed my Venti Mocha and did not even get a response back. Starbucks is majorly failing in customer service and that was the only reason to pay the exorbitant fees they charge. Dunkin is across the street I can get treated badly for much less money.

The worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. After being on the road for two hours decided to stop here for a sandwich. As i got in the car realized i was given the wrong sandwich went back inside to get the correct one. The store lead Liz came to the register, as i handed her the sandwich i wanted from the refrigerator display, with an attitude she tossed it to the counter next the employee that was gonna warmed up. After she charged me again i ask her why she tossed my sandwich liked that she turned around to the other girl and asked if she cared and the girl said no, then Liz turned to me and said it seem that you are the only one that cares and i answered ofc is my sandwich. She was very unprofessional especially as being the lead, Im never coming back here.

Driving from Orlando, FL since 1:30 in the morning to stop at the Starbucks at 5AM and get a simple caramel latte and gingerbread latte. The two girls working were too busy talking crap about the manager who cut their hours to noticed they gave use burnt milk. How do you mess up a latte? How do you mess up the only two orders you had? (if you’re gonna be talking about management or your job in general at least hide behind closed doors and don’t display all your information to the public!)

What do you get when you put a Starbucks in a dirty truck stop? Answer: A dirty, poorly run, overpriced Starbucks. This location is not clean, has "C" team staff and of course...overpriced coffee. Live & Learn.
