The dining experience here was very disappointing. Only two employees were working. One woman was visibly impatient while taking my order. The male employee was polite, but extremely unprofessional at the payment stage. He clearly needs more training. If he doesn’t know the job, he should not be working there, even if his attitude is good.

It was obvious he was new, but what shocked me even more was that the woman—who seemed to be the shift manager—did not step in to help him at all. That shows a lack of responsibility and problem-solving ability. If staff are not properly trained, I will not return. There are plenty of other sandwich shops to choose from.

Was just passing through GA during lunch time and we decided on good ol’ Subway! Really want to take a moment to shoutout the lady working alone on 11/07, she made our sandwiches with love and kindness! We enjoyed her company and are very appreciative for her attention to our food. I stared this place to come back to it for the future! Thank you!!!

Looked to make sure it would be open after I got off of work. Said it was open until 10, closed by 8:45. I could see workers inside sitting at the booths, but the sign was off. If it closes before 8:45, that's fine, but they need to update their information.

I placed my order online at 2:23pm to be picked up at 4:40pm. When my son got there to pick up it was not ready, and they said they had no record of the order. I looked up on the app and it said that my order was cancelled at 4:27pm with no explanation, and to call the store for details.

The guy at the store could not provide any information why it was cancelled, nor would the honor the app deal of Buy one get one 50% off.

Very big miscommunication between the app and the store, and not enough of a heads up, or even a phone call to let me know the order was cancelled.

Had 3 items ordered on door dash. Chips and drink weren’t there. Sandwich had only chicken and nothing else like lettuce mayo etc. Maybe its my fault for not being there to see them make it but when you short people, it just shows how much this establishment can be trusted.

Flys flying around ingredients and bread either wasn't proofed right or not baked long enough? I eat here every so often and it's usually fine, not so good today. Ingredients were also sliced very thin?

I went to Subway today and the blonde headed lady was very nice. Patient as the other employee was yelling and just being over demanding and telling people rude stuff and I didn't understand that.. And as the blonde headed lady was standing at the register, the other one came and shoved her way into her and it was like really, because she had already talked to me when I first came in the brown-haired lady and she was very rude so I don't think she's good for customer. Service. I actually stood there.Contemplating leaving and going somewhere else.But when I spoke with the blonde lady it made me stay and had mature shame in my sandwich. My husband got cold cut combo last night. Not near as much meat as he’s accustomed to but everything else was great!! In fact I got chinese at China Panda and it was disgusting!! Thank goodness my husband got a foot long so he could share with me. I threw my chinese food out! So, when trying to decide between the Subway and China Panda- definitely go Subway!! No brainer! Go Subway!!
