My visit was 1/1/2026 @ 5pm As a former Waffle House cook of many years, to say this crew was disappointing is an understatement… It also shouldn’t take 30 minutes for a cheesesteak bowl; it also shouldn’t have been made wrong. It’s hard enough for us truckers to find parking, let alone somewhere that has good food close by. So I was looking forward to this stop. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this particular location. Get that second shift worked out, they need some help.

My waitress was professional and you could tell she was the leader out of the group. She was very attentive, even though her younger colleague talked about some inappropriate things. I ate and got out of there. Honestly, your better off pre-ordering and getting it to go.

We were driving for hours and still had a coupe hours left on our family drive. We stopped here looking for some cheap eats and had one of the best meals of the whole trip.
The staff at this location were so freindly and helpful, they even gave us some directions that took about an hour off of our drive.
The coffee was hot and fresh and all of our food was spectacular for the prices paid.

I’ve been to many waffle houses and never had high expectations but this one was so impressive. First of all, the ladies who work here are so kind and attentive to every person that walks in, making sure everyone is taken care of especially Lynette she took such good care of us. And the food was made so well, the best waffle house food i’ve ever had!

There take out times are horrible you can’t wait 40 mins for a simple meal even when there not busy it’s like they don’t care for take out but they sure know how to add 10percent for takeout this is 3 times in a row now !!! Do better with takeout epically when we leave a tip as well

My go to place when driving up and down the East Coast. Consistent, friendly dedicated staff and great value..... Can't mess with a great thing....
Plenty of workers and only a handful of customers and still couldn't handle it..workers just standing around having fun..talking about personal business. We place our order and when the food came we had to ask for our drinks..wrong stuff wa given to us had to keep grabbing someone else to get or order right..have never had any problems at any waffle house till now..contacted contacted corporate and filed a complaint..which I've never done..was told that they would forward it to the owner of that waffle house and they would be contacting..and wouldn't you know..never heard from anyone..go figure right 😉...maybe your solution to this problem is stop hiring young punk unless you have an older person to keep order..will never go back to this one..we will stick to the one by Trident or summerville!
