I visited this location 2 weeks ago and there is a server named Timothy who no longer needs to be employed. He is a very disrespectful, arrogant, and ignorant individual. He spoke so harsh to my wife and I to the point I had to check him and ask him if he way ok. I repeatedly asked him to be respectful but he continue to be rude. So I cancelled my order and asked for my refund. This Waffle House location will lose a ton of customers with him being employed there. It was so bad that when I walked out another couple stopped me and said he was the same way with them. Word of advice if you visit this location and see Timothy in there turn around and find another place to dine.

I ordered hash browns with everything. The sausage gravy that came was cold. The chili was lukewarm. The waitress after initially pouring our coffee never came back to see if we wanted any more. The glass doors were filthy. We normally like waffle House but this location at Jekyll Island was horrible.

It was my first time going in... I can tell you this it was awesome.... food was Great coffee was Fresh service was excellent and a fair price for our order ... we sat and ate like champs đ.... I would totally recommend this place for anyone wanting a decent meal ... I most definitely will be back... I see another of people talking bout the kitchen being a bit dirty ... but hey A SLY MESSY KITCHEN MAKES AN AWSOME BREAKFAST DINNER SUPPER ... GREAT JOB YOU GUYS ... IM FULL FAT AND FEELING SASSY THANK YALL

We stopped on our way home from Jekyll Island. When we walked in it was a little loud with people talking and dishes rattling and the cooking going on. A dark haired young man was saying something to us I guess but I didnât understand him. They was some tables that hadnât been cleaned yet so I just sat at one while my husband went to the bathroom. When my husband got back our table still hadnât been cleaned. So we waited a few minutes then the man came over and cleaned the tables around us but not ours. My husband saw him name tag and said â Timothy this isnât our stuff on this table it needs to be cleaned â. Timothy rudely said yâall didnât listen to me so Iâm not listening to yâall. He said he told us not to sit until the tables were cleaned but we didnât hear him. He says I nodded but I was just saying like hey. We never heard him say that. Anyway we got up and left. That has never happened to us. He was so rude!!!!

The tall dark haired young man in your establishment should be fired. I have NEVER been treated so rudely in all my life. My husband and I turned around and left, as did another customer. He SHOULD NOT be in customer service. In addition , the place was filthy..doesn't take a minute to wipe an area down, unless of course the people you pay are just plain lazy

The kitchen is very dirty, grills were nasty. Floors in the kitchen area were filthy and looked like they hadnât cleaned or swept under the kitchen grills. If I had noticed before I had ordered I wouldâve walked out. Staff were rude.

Our first time eating at a waffle house. Our server was not very pleasant. The kitchen area was very dirty. If I had noticed how dirty it was I would have left right away. I gave 2 stars because the food was pretty good. We wonât be returning though.

For a Waffle House in Georgia this is a miss. What Waffle House doesnât have gravy? They need better management and clear direction. There are a few timing issues with proteins and service. Rude staff in the afternoon on Thursday the 6th and overwhelmed staff in the morning on Friday the 7th. Friday service was friendly, but not really present. They are good people and a few of them really push hard.
Itâs still a Waffle House (which I love), but I would keep it as last resort visit.
