I’m in here at least three times a week just to get something to drink and every time I come in that drink station and entire area is disgusting. I went in today to get my drink and use the bathroom. Guess what the bathroom was disgusting. I think new management is necessary Immediately

I originally tried WaWa back when I worked for CSX Transportation as a freight train conductor out of Miami, Florida. We would stop everytime we got off the trains in Brandon, Florida and I was impressed. Now I’m in Brunswick, Georgia working on Tugboats for the time being and they just happened to bring an old favorite a little closer to me. This place has been great from day one and I am always a repeat customer. I recommend this place to anyone hungry on a road trip because they have a lot of good food and drinks in here.

I love Wawa’s. Ever since I moved away from areas with multiple locations, I make it a point to stop at one whenever I’m nearby. Unfortunately, this location is—without question—the saddest Wawa I’ve ever visited.

The food looked like it was carelessly thrown together and absolutely did not reflect the price tag. The bathrooms were another level of awful. The toilet had human stool smeared around the inner rim like some kind of grotesque tribute to the collapse of this establishment, and toilet paper was scattered across the floor like sad, unsanitary confetti.

The service matched the atmosphere: slow and lifeless. I waited roughly 30 minutes for my order. If my drive hadn’t been so long, I would have walked out and gone somewhere else.

For about $20, I got a bowl (~$4.50), roasted chicken ($6+), and a fruit smoothie. The chicken portion was laughable—one pitiful slab of breast that looked like it had been rationed during wartime. At those prices, you expect something resembling value. Buying it was honestly my mistake.

Also worth mentioning: there’s no baby changing station in the women’s bathroom. For a modern convenience store that serves families all day, that’s inexcusable.

My husband reported that the men’s bathroom has one stall. One. And the stall doesn’t even have a door. So if you’re hoping for privacy while handling a very personal matter, apparently your fellow man gets front-row seating. Is this really the 21st century?

Whoever manages this location is completely failing. The upkeep is horrendous, the service is sluggish, and the overall experience drags down Wawa’s reputation. It’s genuinely disappointing, because I’ve always enjoyed Wawa—but this location was a mess from start to finish.

This place is basically brand new and one of the air pumps is perpetually broken and the door is missing in the men's room stall. Why can things be fixed and maintained?

Usually the atmosphere is good 😊 but yesterday I was served with an unfamiliar face ( an older African American woman who I was told was the MANAGER ‼️) Her attitude was cold which is not the norm for my Brunswick Wawa. I ordered a hoagie with extra butter. I got served burned bread with a glob of butter 🧈. Her being the manager she knew better. In the past I have been given a croissant sandwich with egg and burnt , ordered meatballs and got less than what I paid for. I am a friendly person and I like friendly and polite customer service. I’m spending my hard earned money is that too much to ask???? Not all the employees are rude there are some amazing employees as well ❣️🫶🏼 . I just feel some employees need to take pride in their work and if they can’t accomplish that find another job!

I am from Wawa country. This store was sooooounlike the Wawas in PA. The cappachino machine would not work properly. Went to the soda machine, no cups only small and extra large. Dirty counter. No sauce for the fried cheese sticks. Seems like they were really down on their inventory. Someone needs to visit this store and shake it up a little!!!

I was surprised when I came in tonight (Friday) & found I was the only customer. I ordered a simple breakfast sandwich at the kiosk, & waited 10-15 minutes. When I noticed there was no one in the kitchen prep area but 4 people idly chatting at the registers, I asked for an immediate refund. They were quick to refund my purchase & seemingly happy to see me out the door. I must have interrupted their social time, but it wasn't intentional. I recommend posting a sign to let the customers know when they're not welcome. This won't be the last time I eat at WaWa, but it will no longer be my first choice.

Wawa has some amazing milkshake & smoothies, they are all customizable with lots of options for add-ins and toppings. I’ve also purchased food from there also; paninis, breakfast sandwiches and pizza- these are all customizable as well!

I have been to the new Wawa establishment multiple times. However, the last seven attempts at trying to order mashed potatoes, they are never available. It doesn’t matter what time of day. And when I asked a representative this evening about the mashed potatoes, in a very snotty way I was told that if you don’t see them on the menu, then I must not have them. She never made eye contact with me and I actually had to ask her to repeat it because her head was down and I could not hear her. Not only did I receive poor customer service but I would love to know what’s going on that for two weeks now or at least 10 days there hasn’t been any mashed potatoes. I typically order these for someone that has no teeth and cannot chew and she really likes them from this establishment. Wawa, I hope you can do better in the future.

Dirty, the women making the sandwiches were slow, rude, and got the orders wrong. Pitiful sandwiches. 30+ minutes waiting. They did not want to do their jobs at all.
