Get staff that has the slightest clue what their job is. Just traveled from NY to Fl now on my way back. Hit many drive through restaurants along the way but this Wendy's was the worst. Slow line, 20 minutes, the 10 minutes at the window, ice cold food, and no receipt or credit card returned, which was my hubby's fault for not realizing till we were back on 95. Tried to call, no answer do no choice but to cancel the card. So thanks a lot for that headache Wendy's!
