I just paid $17 for food poisoning, I got chow mein and 2 types of chicken, I dont remember one of the names but the other was orange chicken. Please avoid at all cost. Unfortunately I came right before closing so I can't give them the rest of the food back and ask for a refund.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The energy recieved during service was tense rushed and unfriendly. The cashier never greeted me. I wondered why the people behind me were paying and leaving. When I finally got eye contact, she just pointed at the other register and spouted off the next total to the customer behind me. After discovering a hair in my food, which was dry (specifically the rice and bourbon chicken) and all but flavorless,I returned to the counter with all the food and the receipt. They reluctantly offered to remake it but a refund was never entertained. Needless to say there will not be a return visit.

Absolutely disgusting! The sesame chicken didn’t taste like sesame and had way TOO MUCH nasty sauce. Don’t waste your money. I never thought to check the reviews first.

Work at the mall! Stomach sicknesses ! Everyone here.. rushes you to the point where they mess your order up then the workers get mad. Asked for store owner and manager always on "vacation " yeah because they obviously don't Give a flying duck about this place. Nasty and rude. I also work in tho mall DO NOT EAT HERE YOU CAN GET SICK! ? Also ps to the rude workers if you don't like your job then leave.

The way we were treated today (11/05/2022)was not very good at all...the rude women tried to charge us $7.99 for a few extra scoops of chicken...then proceeded to treat us like we did something wrong when we questioned her about the charge...she removed it but still charged us $3.99 for a small scoop...never returning...
Update: 05/20/24 I said in my last post I was never returning but against my better judgment and also the fact that I was craving something quick and greasy I went back. Things have not changed ? very disappointed with my purchase. And they still act like they have an issue with giving you portions that match with what they are charging...I digress...

The men employees were very kind but a woman employee who pays was not really nice. My son went to get a cup of kids water, which was only 50 cents. But the employee asked for 2 dollars and 50 cents, and my son told her that it only cost 50 cents, and she was yelling at my children, "How many do you wanna buy?" And the employee's face was so grimace that it made us mad while eating the food.

Not worth the price. The only thing good is the chicken teriyaki. The fried rice was bland, no flavor. The chicken egg roll had a weird after-taste. The Cajun potatoes had very little salt added to it. It wasn't busy and there was no line when I got my food but the employees were trying to rush us and get us to make a decision quickly. Would not recommend.

It’s very confusing with the reviews since maki Japan and Asian chao for some reason swapped names. Now online they have the reviews all mixed up. Asian chao is now the spot near Chick-fil-A in the mall which used to be called maki Japan. Anyways this place is way better than the one on the otheride which is now called Asian chao. The chicken may not be as fresh grilled, but it doesn’t just taste like straight up oil. I love the noodles here always wishing they have more.
