I have never been to a Bruster’s before and after my experience tonight I dont think Im gonna try again. I cant review the ice cream because I never got any. I stood in line for 25 minutes waiting to order. The man in front of me ordered 3 things. A brownie sundea, a warm apple dumpling and a scoop of ice cream. I was standing there and there were people behind me and the guy at the other window took them before me and then the line formed. People behind me and people in the other line. The other line moved quickly-ish but I was still stuck waiting for the girl inside to fix 3 things and wrap each item individually instead of all together. 25 minutes for 3 things. I got fed up after the 4th group was served in the other line, which still had 5 more groups of people so I would still have to wait. I left. Not a good experience.

Delicious! Great service. The only thing is, since it is the covid-19 era, they should be wearing gloves, and have hand sanitizer for customers outside the window.

I went to Bruster's in Buford the evening after the tropical storm Zeta to get a sundae for much needed comfort and was not happy about seeing a female and male employee not using gloves during a national pandemic. When I asked the male employee who was serving me if they were not required to wear gloves he replied "my boss said we do not have to wear gloves". Although I purchased the ice cream I did not feel comfortable eating the ice cream. It is grossly irresponsible to not wear a mask or gloves while serving patrons during a pandemic! I ended up going to Bruster's Alpharetta where they automatically were masked and gloved and I was happy to enjoy my ice cream!

First, we got there as three people were leaving with nice looking cones. The man shut the window and left. We waited and waited, finally a girl came up. We ordered. It was taking a looong time so i finally looked in, the girl would scoop a little in a cup, run back and weigh it. She back to the ice cream, put a little more in, and weighed again. Back and forth. When we finally got the ice creams, i was shocked. The cups are small, standard size ice cream cups, but you couldn't even see the ice cream from the side. The cups were half full. Also, her method of a dab here and weigh, repeat, made it so that the scoops were uneven. What i mean is i ordered a flavor i usually love and another to try. The one to try was evidently the first, it was a smallish scoop. Then i guess she weighed and realized she was close to some limit so the second 'scoop' was literally a tiny sliver on top of the other scoop. I had seen the scoops on cones were bigger, not sure why so chintsy in cups.On top of tiny scoops, one flavor was wrong. Anyway, ice cream is good but quite small servings, wrong flavors, and long wait. Uh huh. Won't go back.

I bring my family to eat some ice cream and this guy Who took my order was so rude, I was asking some questions because my husband wanted to tried a different ice cream flavor he didn't even let him tried and and when he took our orders was being so rude I was about to leave but bc my kids were waiting for their ice cream I decide not to leave but I was really disappointed at the the service I will never come back to this store. Also they need to do better with the people the hired because they don't have experience with customer service.

I am a big fan of supermarket ice creams, but I have been on my IntéKai weight loss plan and have dropped alot of pounds. This was one of my indulgence days and I decided to get an ice cream sunday, and it was worth it. The service was wonderful, access was easy and the staff was covid cautious, helpful, patient and courteous. An indulgence day is more than the calories, it's also an opportunity for positive shared experiences, thanks Bruster's.

My husband has always wanted to try this spot. My weakness has always been ice cream. We decided to try out the ice cream on a hot Saturday afternoon. No line. They had two or three people working to take orders. My daughter had sherbet with a dinosaur cookie. She loved it, she ate all of it and she still wanted some of my ice cream. This ice cream definitely has a different flavor from other ice cream's that I had. Very rich in flavor. I would recommend this location or this particular ice cream shop because it's simply very good. At the current time they are practicing social distancing. People that work there do wear a mask. The ice cream shop is partly outside. And the people that work there are on the inside of the shop. The only downside is they don't have too many non-dairy options for people that are lactose intolerant. My daughter is one kid they can't have dairy so we have to find the best option next to ice cream for her. There are many other ice cream shops that I go to that do you have the non-dairy ice cream so I guess if they want to continue to stay in the game and get all of business in the area they would probably develop a non-dairy ice cream that is just as good.

The girl dropped the ice cream scoop on the floor and picked it up to use if again in the ice cream bucket! Walked away with No ice cream!
