We come to Bubbas 33 on Saturday’s to see MacKenzie at the bar. Our experience is always top notch. She really is the best! My husband is from Connecticut and knows his pizza and said it’s the best pizza he’s had in the south. Lots of TV’s and a nice covered patio. Recommend coming on a Saturday and sit at the bar!

came down from Jersey to visit family and we came here to eat. Food was okay, but the drinks were awful. My husband got a mule and it tasted like just straight mixer. Probably wouldn’t come here again

They claim fresh made however it doesn't seem to be. This is a fancied up version of cheap fast food. Also our waitress Debbie spent most of her time in the kitchen hallway chatting up other employees and on her cellphone (where I found her trying to FINALLY get my check) rather than coming to check on us. Literally had to search for her just to get my check. Then when you pay your bill the suggested tip amounts are jacked up, 20% of my bill wasn't at all what the suggested amount they had calculated. Pay attention when paying. I was not impressed with ANYTHING here to ever dine here again. I should have just gone to Five Guys the way I originally thought.

We happened onto the place for lunch and didn't expect much. We're we ever pleasantly surprised! Had salads that had just the right amount of lettuce and generous fresh-made toppings. The quiz was interesting. The wait staff was efficient. We'll go again when we go to the mall!
This is a cool place to hang out. Lots of TVs, sports, and great music. When it first opened, the food was soooo good. The past four times have not been the case. I keep going back chasing the good food it once had but tonight was the last straw. The food was soooo bad. We waited an hour for the food to come. You’d think it would be piping hot but it was barely warm. Additionally, my entree wasn’t prepared how I ordered it. I was asked if I’d take it like it was (and pay full price) or if I’d like to wait another 15-20 min while my family ate. I said, “just take it off the check”. She shrugged and did so. I’m beyond frustrated. 100 dollars later and I’m eating a bowl of cereal for dinner. It seems like it’s more and more difficult to have a good meal out. I hope management can find their way back to the basics.

okay so, i hate to do this because i really like the food at this place, i think they are under new management and its just terrible. I came here for my birthday and they were very racist towards my family, i decided to give them another try another day … same thing. Today 2.28.25 it’s my last time coming to this restaurant, I got seated at 8:35, did not get my appetizer until 35 minutes later, ordered my food right away and waited for an hour and it never came, we decide to leave and only pay for the appetizer, we were seated at a section that was hosting 2 big parties for only one server, which for me it makes no sense to keep adding people to one singular server, but it is fine. I hope this review gets to the right people and action is taken before others customers also complain.

This is the 3rd time here. This time was very unimpressive. It was a Thursday, so kids meals free and half price apps, ordered 2 apps, 3 adult meals and a kids meal, not till we went to pay where we informed that you could not get the apps half price and a kids meal. That should be made clear upfront. Our server told us she didn't know that either, so seems no one is very clear on it.
