My goodness, so when I saw 3 and half stars I thought that’s not too bad but I was wrong, I truly tried to stay positive when I went in, trying to be friendly, the girl that was upfront was nice and overwhelmed because it was extremely under staff and she was the only one taking orders and handing people deliveries, she was still able to smile and I actually tip her before getting my food but the manager, that’s another story, I get that you guys are under staff but for the love of god we are the reason you get paid, very unfriendly, no smile, I ordered 30 wings 3 difficulty flavors and I ended up getting 20 wings of the same flavor missing 10 wings and my food had been seating there for a while as I thought it was still getting cooked, food was cold and when I came back for my 10 wings you should have seen the attitude on the cooks face and her body language
NEVER EVEN EVER EVER EVER AGAIN.

The restaurant was fully staffed, yet no one had any sense of urgency to tend to their guests. Lots of tables without cleaning and really slow service.

Our server and another was more concerned with flirting with two guys than serving our table. I had to physically get up and ask her for what we needed. When she did bring the things we needed she just dropped them at the table and went right back to flirting. I don’t even know how this place is still in business at this point. The managers and employees clearly don’t care at all

They definitely need more employees, I went to pick up an order and waited too long, no one at reception and those who had seen those of us who were standing at the door waiting and did nothing for it

The tables weren’t clean upon arrival and the location was not busy at all it was about 3 other guest in the whole restaurant. We had to wait until they half cleaned the table and they left it wet and didn’t dry it after wiping . Ordered drinks and appetizer (ultimate nachos ) the toppings were not equivalent to the amount of chips they had on the plate . Very disappointing. I asked if they could be remade with more toppings especially chicken since it was little dry shreds . I was told by the kitchen manager I guess that you only get 2.3 oz of meat but the waitress told me 1 oz of chicken. So I didn’t like how they didn’t try to make it right . Just told
Me they could remake but it would still be the same . So I told them to take it off the check . Wings came out , no ranch or celery as requested when ordered had to wait 7 mins until waitress brought it out . Wings weren’t sauced properly . It was just overall a bad experience. My wife spoke with manager Stephenson on 3/17/25 and he said he would give a refund but we have yet to receive it

Horrible experience. I should have known better than to go back to this location. 2 years ago we went and they told us they were out of wings. How is that possible?

Today was worse than I could imagine. We sat in the bar area and it took 30 minutes for the bartender to take our drink order. She completely messed up the order. Daughter ordered a chicken parm sandwich and was brought a double cheeseburger. Other daughters ordered 3 chicken fingers and was brought 2. We ordered an IPA beer and she brought some kind of light beer. We ordered fries with our wings that never came. When the wings came out we asked for plates, we never got them. She was so bad and slow we did not even bother asking for her to correct our order. When we were ready to leave we had to ask 4 times for a to-go box and the check and finally had to walk up to the bar to get her to ring us up.

You would think she was overworked or busy. Nope. There were 3 other customers in the bar area, they were not even busy. It was like they stuck somone out there to run the place without any training.

It's Friday night, I arrived with my family and friends to eat at the restaurant. Almost all the tables were empty. They didn't serve us, apart from just one server, they had most of the tables unoccupied. They told us we had to wait an hour because there was only one person serving. I told them, ok, but can they sit us at a table with something to drink while we wait? And the answer was no! You have to wait standing up... We will never come back here and the recommendation will be 0. Bad place to go and have a good time, never go!

I have to agree with the other negative reviews for this location. Being greeted in a timely fashion is a luxury. If you make A pick up order, you will definitely wait a while. Please do not spend your money here, there is a raising Cane‘s across the street.

Oh my goodness this place is a joke. We went because B-Dubs used to be kind of okay back in 2011 or whatever but woo boy.

First of all even though hardly anyone is there it's going to take FOREVER. I don't know if this is a staffing or trainer issue.

Secondly, the chicken. Look, just go to Kroger, get some frozen chicken tenders, put them in your toaster oven, and that's about the quality you can expect.

Like, I know restaurants use frozen chicken but lord. Same with the fries.

This place has been so bad for years now. I used to always go to this location with my dad watching UFC fights back when Dante was the manager. Ever since he left this place has had horrible horrible service.

I apparently haven’t learned my lesson because I have gone back multiple times since I first rated this place a 1 star review a couple years back but today was the last time I will visit this location.

Today (like every other time these past few years) I walked in and 6 employees were all standing around and I was not addressed for 5 minutes even after 3 of them making direct eye contact with me. Finally they all split up and I told them I had an online pickup order of tots and they told me it wasn’t ready and that the kitchen was working on it (which was a complete lie).

I then wait 10 minutes and finally walk up to the bar to ask if my tots were ready and the lady working the bar tells me “we don’t have tots” and that is all she says. She clearly had no clue I was waiting on an order or bothered to ask me any questions. So I tell her that I placed an order at this location for tots and ask what she is going to do. She eventually walks to the kitchen and then walks back out and tells me they’re of tots and walks away again not giving any solution. Thankfully the one good employee there walks out of the kitchen and tells me they’re out of tots and offered me fries instead.

The food is still good but the service makes this place not worth anyone’s time or money. Don’t go here. Pick somewhere else.

Cannot rate the food as we stood for 5 minutes or more waiting for someone to even acknowledge we were there. Mind you probably 75% of the restaurant was empty. When I finally was able to get someone’s attention they said wait someone will seat you in a bit. 3 minutes later I walked out. Ate at taco Mac instead.
