Waited 15 after being seated to meet the waitress. Long wait times for food and drink. One person waited 30 minutes for a beer and had to get it from the bar themselves. Food was mediocre at best. When the manager was notified he spoke to the waitress who then made it a point to walk by her other tables and check on them while refusing to acknowledge our table. We had a to go order we put in with our initial order and it took an hour to get it. Despite asking 3 times for it. The manager did comp our meal (minus the to go order). They gave my kid stale fries with his food.

Refused to take a large party until the entire party was there, mind you they wouldn't accommodate me with two kids. No compromising. I had to go to the bar to get my own beer. No utensils for the entire meal, and menus remained on the table the entire time....server Kamel gave up on us totally once we spoke to management.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I have no issue leaving a bad one for this location. I show up when my food is supposed to be ready and I waited 30 minutes for my food. 30 minutes for them to even come ask me a question about what goes in my order which means they didn’t even start it until 30 minutes after it said that it would be ready. No apologies for my long wait and one of the workers kept walking by me several times to do nothing but see if I was still there and proceeded to look at me out of the corner of his eye making it clear he knew I was wondering what was taking so long. All of this while the restaurant was so slow. There were barely any customers inside eating.
Please do not go to this location. Listen to all of the other bad reviews too.

Really kind. Came 1 hour before closing and they were really attentive and were in no-rush at all. Service was quick and staff was excellent. First time here and deffo not my last :b

Bottomless apps is a scam. They wait 30 mins before they bring them and they are cold and terrible. But u have to finish them to more so we ate our cold mozzeralla sticks as bad as they were to get another app. Finished my wings and been here for a hour or so smd still haven't got my other app. And had to grab napkins off a random table while eating. The first thing we ordered was a Pepsi and they brought diet so me and my wife had to share her sweet tea. The wings weren't bad. And finally we were told by a server they close the store in 3 days and everyone is upset. So I feel for the employees the dealing with the news they don't have a job in 3 days and company waited til today to tell them. At least they can All meet the requirements for unemployment. Waited til today to tell them. Shame on management. Screwing employees over and the customers pay the price. And trying to scam people with these 'bottomless apps' first and last time at Buffalo Wild Wings. The also no lie have 8 tv on outside with NOONE out there, abt 60 or more inside on different things while also having a radio on. No wonder they went out of business.

Wish I could give them zero stars. Placed an online order that my husband went to pick up. Once he got there he had to wait another 45 minutes before he got the food. It's a Tuesday night and they weren't busy. It was like they waited to start cooking when he got there. Absolutely ridiculous! Then he brings home the food and it's freezing cold! How does that make sense? Then we noticed the order is missing all the sides (fries and tater tots) and one of the kids chocolate milk. Also, the fried pickles were nearly $10 and we barely got any! Overall the cost is crazy for what you get! Definitely not worth it! I don't know what is up with Buffalo Wild Wings but we won't be going back! Awful!!!!!

Corina was so sweet and gave amazing service!
Decided to eat here after not eating for a while, and I completely regret it. The food was decent, but the service was terrible. We were brought a receipt for food we never even ordered and $8 higher than it should’ve been. I didn’t even argue about the price, the issue is, why am I paying for something I never ordered?
On top of that, the waitress was extremely unprofessional. She came to the table once, then spent the rest of the time doing anything but checking on the table. She never came back to refill our drinks until the manager came around and asked us how we were doing . When she finally came around to give us new drinks, she slammed the drinks on the table and walked off without saying a word. Completely unacceptable service. Very disappointing experience all around.

“Worst dining experience and customer service I’ve ever had” quote from my boyfriend after visiting this Buffalo Wild Wings location today. After being seated our waiter came to take our orders, we came for the bottomless apps duh. But our waiter rudely spoke to us about the “rules” that are required to place this order. We ended up waiting for almost 40 minutes before paying for the drink and leaving because we didn’t think the bottomless apps would be worth it since we had to quote on quote “finish both apps with everything gone, and when I say everything I mean everything.” Just rude and a waste of time. The restaurant was completely empty and we just don’t understand the wait time. Maybe get new staff. Rude and slow isn’t going to cut it.
Yesterday I went and grabbed some wings and a salad. When I tell you the chicken was HORRIBLE! Hard to even chew! And feathers galore! Salad was wilted, nasty and smelled! I won’t be back here. Buffalo you have gone down super bad. I tried you after 4 years and I won’t do it again.
Don’t order DoorDash here if you want it in a timely manner. No one around to get your order for the drivers and they leave the bags out for anyone to steal if they wanted.

If you want good food and good service, pick somewhere else. Contrary to what the menu says, their selection is very limited. They were out of three things we ordered. I finally settled on a chicken sandwich. It came with processed chicken. My husband ordered the sampler and the onion rings were stuck together, nachos were soggy and wings were dry.

We waiting over an hour to be sat and served, no one came over, eventually we needed us ordering food to go, this was the second time this occurred to us. We should have learned our lesson. I don’t know how this place has stayed in business so long. One positive note our food was good, but we will never return. Too many good restaurants, so we will not waste our money, and time on this one. Just do better
