I wanted to like this experience as I've been here before and had a pretty good experience but my burger was made incorrectly. When it came back out, the correct way, the cheese looked like it had just been slapped on as it wasn't melted at all and the burger was cold. I ended up taking it home to warm it up to make it palatable. This was very disappointing for a $12 burger. I won't be back again.

I ordered a burger with a gluten-free bun because I have a serious gluten sensitivity, but I was given a regular wheat bun instead. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize until after taking a tiny bite. I spit it out but I’ve been feeling a bit unwell since, which is what happens when I’m exposed to gluten. Brain fog, nauseous, elevated heart rate, I ordered it at 5:55pm but didn’t open the order til about 9 bc I had errands to run- so I couldn’t call and request a remake. I should have checked before I left but they’re usually really good about gluten free buns, the girl on the phone even asked me if I wanted the fries gluten free to which I said yes.

Mistakes happen, but if I hadn’t noticed it could have been much more serious. For a lot of people, including myself, getting dosed with Gluten can be debilitating. Please make sure orders marked as “gluten-free” are handled separately and verified before serving.

I will contact the restaurant and hope to receive a refund, but more importantly I just wanted to post the review as a warning to other gluten free customers- it’s not a dietary CHOICE it’s a SAFETY situation. I hope staff receive proper allergy-awareness training. Cross-contact and labeling mistakes like this can cause real harm. If you are Celiac or Gluten Intolerant like myself please check the food before you leave the restaurant, it would be nice to trust that this establishment can handle it but it’s just not worth the risk, human error is inescapable. For the price of the food I’d expect more accuracy but what can you do.

The food itself looked well-prepared and the staff were polite, but accuracy with allergen requests needs improvement for customer safety.

It was a Very nice experience, the burgers were simply amazing.. oh and the service so good, helpful and happy to be there.. and that means alot.. also it was a clean and inviting restaurant.. bathroom was also clean that's always a plus..

All the time I order online delivery I get the burgers wrong. I think they don’t read the ingredients that you want on it. They just go ahead and do it their way

On 9/1st I visted Burger21. Before going I was told about this place was very good. After waiting over 30 min the waitress brought my orders. The food was very cold, I mentioned it to the waitress, but she did not responded to my concerns. The customer Service was very poor.

This is the 2nd time this has happened. I ordered my burger medium well so it was done but not burned. The hamburger was brown only on the outside and raw on the inside. No one was around to get help. They need a new cook.

Kid's meal burger patty wasn't even a patty. It was just a very thin smashed small piece of ground beef. You could at least forn a real patty. Even the lettuce was bigger than the meat. I paid extra for cheese that tastes just like the fake cheese (like Kraft Singles). Costed $10 for nothing much. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I just purchased a bean/ veggie burger, they had like 8+ different sauces, the vegetables on the burger was very crispy and tasted fresh. And all I had was a sandwich which I'll come back next time for something different, very good, I like the apple cider sauce and thai ketchup.

I ordered an impossible burger with cheese, once my order came out there was no cheese, I explained to the staff member there was no cheese on my burger, state oh she forgot and did i still want it, $24 dollars for a darn meal yes I want the cheese, she goes and come back with a to go container bowl and a slice of cheese it place it on the table and walked away.

Horrible service took atleast 30 mins to give me the food !!! I was standing near the cashier for atleast 30 mins what a shame ! The lady told me it’ll be ready in 5 mins and nothing been waiting more then that. She didn’t come up to me to approach me or let me that it’ll be more than 5 mins ! She just left me there standing horrible customer service !!!
