Placed an order online for pickup due to time crunch. Went 2 minutes before the appointed time and staff told me it would be a few minutes. Those few minutes turned out to be 20 minutes. The person who placed an order with the staff member who came after me got her food before I got mine. I would have left because of my time crunch but i was told on 2 different occasions it would only be a few more minutes. If you didnt make it, at least offer the option to cancel the order so I can LEAVE!

Ordered my burger medium and it was very undercooked. Close to rare. Very over priced for what you get, was 22$ for a cheeseburger, fries and chocolate shake. The shake was good but the portion was small. I get better burgers at Whattaburger

This location once offered a dining experience that inspired a return visit.
Staff were courteous and attentive.
On my last visit, August 2024, the meal was unsatisfactory. Fries were cold, and the burger was undercooked the first serving, and on the second serving, it was extremely overcooked.
The strawberry shake could have sent me into a diabetic coma.
It may be that Burger 21 no longer suits my pallette.
UPDATE: I absolutely still love Burger21! My wife and I just recently went back there and it was still amazing! MORE IMPORTANTLY…I just want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT TO BOBBY! I think he’s the manager/head cook there. However, Bobby thank you for the experience and your hospitality! You were a HUGE BLESSING to my wife and I that day! God used you in a huge way brother. AAAAAND ON TOP OF THAT, the food was GREAT!!!!
Ok...I don't know what everyone else talking about but let me tell you something...for a first time experience my wife and I truly enjoyed our burgers BBQ Burger, Monterey Chicken, sweet potato fries and chocolate malts. I don't care about the price. I felt that it was fine for the quality of food that we received. Very reasonable! Best burger I've had to date. Good job guys! We will be back!

The food sucks and the prices are extremely expensive the fries do not come with the burger they're separate!!! They lied to me and said they put guacamole on my Burger and it wasn't there I would rate the food here dog food and it wasn't even hot I changed my mind I wouldn't feed this to my dog

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Burger 21. The service overall was terrible, and the restaurant was not clean. My fries were cold, and the burger was horrible. However, the girl who took my order was a shining star amidst the otherwise poor experience. Despite her efforts, this was my final time visiting, as the overall experience was far below acceptable standards.
