Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary!! I had to ask for a refund after I saw the person making my food using his phone for a while then putting it down and touching my cheese and bread. So nasty!!

Went there few times in last 6 months, today was the worst. We ordered large Philly Cheesesteak, the meat is just half of what we used to have and the waiting time is more than 20 mins, the employees working there behind the counter are moving slow like zombies. Will not go there anymore.

For my first time being at Charley's Philly Steaks, I did not have the best experience. It took a very long time for my order to be ready, got the wrong order and the staff did not seem too friendly. Also, it seems like the portion size got smaller. It's safe to say I will not be coming back here, taking my services elsewhere.

The second time I've been here and it's gotten even worse, the store front is a mess, employees have no idea what they are doing, if they're around, the cook seems obviously to his surroundings, it's taking at best a half an hour to get my food, this spot is not worth the time and over priced food, try to avoid at all cost it's not worth it

Well I had a completely different experience than some of these nagar I’ve reviews I am seeing! Now I went on a week day when they weren’t that busy, but they proceeded to be super friendly to me, got my order correct and the Buffalo Chicken Philly was super hot and the bread was fresh! They also added ranch at my request and it was delicious!! (See pics!)

Ate at Georgia mall and had to say that I was somewhat disappointed. The food took a while to take out, finally after I got it the portions were a lot smaller than I remember them. Lots of seating at the mall to sit and honestly it was good just nothing special.

I understand it’s mostly young people that work here but wow this place is depressing everyone looks miserable to be working and the one time I tried to eat here they give my order to someone else after waiting 25 mins so I got a return and left. Never again , if you want a Philly they have better one at the Great wraps !

I was truly disappointed with the service. I spent 20 minutes for a half sandwich I told the cashier I wanted the chicken combo. The fact that she asked me if I wanted anything to drink with it and i said no. I asked her twice before I insert my card if it comes with fries & she assured me. She didn't cash the correct things. The staff was so slow and enthusiastic I will NEVER shop there again. The worst experience ever. The bread was dry and it was cold.

I wish I could give a zero for this sloppy dry half full mess ! Smh this is unacceptable . Mind you I’m not feeling well so ordered it on DoorDash . I guess now I’m forced to go out into the public! What I asked for vs what I got is going to go crazy
