Charleys Cheesesteaks

So sad! I loved this place. Great food! We went to eat there this evening and they had just shut down the location at 5pm. What the heck?!?! They didn't even finish out the day! All the lights were on, everything still out at 6:30p when we arrived. This is the Mall of Georgia location in Buford, GA. I spoke with the district manager that eventually showed up and she said she wasn't sure why, she just got a call to shut it down. She moved the food out and was going to take it to another location. Crazy!

Love this place! Specifically the manager Jonas. So helpful and nice.

Jonas, Tanner and Heaven: so efficient, food came quickly and without any trouble, best experience in the mall of Georgia food court so far. Everyone else so far has taken much too long and are impatient with customers. So kind to me and my family, much appreciated!

The kitchen staff was super slow. I waited about 20 minutes for two orders of mozzarella cheese sticks to go. When I finally got them, both were in paper trays instead of a to go box and one order only had 3 cheese sticks instead of 4.

It was only four people in front of me and it took forever. The food had no taste. The sandwich was cold my fries were cold and the cheese was not melted.

Taste is bland, service is slow. Never again!

Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary!! I had to ask for a refund after I saw the person making my food using his phone for a while then putting it down and touching my cheese and bread. So nasty!!

Went there few times in last 6 months, today was the worst. We ordered large Philly Cheesesteak, the meat is just half of what we used to have and the waiting time is more than 20 mins, the employees working there behind the counter are moving slow like zombies. Will not go there anymore.

For my first time being at Charley's Philly Steaks, I did not have the best experience. It took a very long time for my order to be ready, got the wrong order and the staff did not seem too friendly. Also, it seems like the portion size got smaller. It's safe to say I will not be coming back here, taking my services elsewhere.

The second time I've been here and it's gotten even worse, the store front is a mess, employees have no idea what they are doing, if they're around, the cook seems obviously to his surroundings, it's taking at best a half an hour to get my food, this spot is not worth the time and over priced food, try to avoid at all cost it's not worth it
