I waited so long for my mobile order and when I finally got it I didn't have my sauce so I went back up there and waited for 15-20 minutes just for two sauces I wanted. atmosphere horrible because people are rude and just cutting in front of each other and also waiting a long time just for there food.

It took 20 years, but I finally visited a bad Chick-fil-a. I thought my visit was an anomaly, but I can see from other reviews this location is just not up to par. It took 25 minutes to get my food. It appeared they were making 1 sandwich every few minutes even though it was already 11:30. How do they not have food ready? One person working the register with 18 people in line - another person came out to bag orders 15 minutes or so later. Not sure what the story is here, but I'm amazed Chick-fil-a hasn't fixed it or shut it down. Really weird experience - but that sort of suits this mall...

I placed an order on online to be deliver to my store in the mall. after an hour and a half it was still not ready. I had no choice but to cancel it. This is completely unacceptable. The service at this branch is extremely poor, and I expect immediate action to address this issue.”

Extremely slow service. I waited 30mins and the fries were hot but hard. Nuggets and sandwich tasted like grease. The only restaurant with a ton of ppl waiting for orders. There were ppl there 15mins before me getting their meals right before me. Waiting 45mins is outrageous. Please get it together to better serve your customers in a timely manner.

Food was not fresh. The grilled chicken sandwich was definitely colder than room temperature and the fries tasted like they had been sitting under the warmer way too long. I have never waited in a line at the drive-thru and I had to wait about 15. The employees were not very friendly either.

Forgot my buffalo sauce, in one of yogurts they barely added any cookie crumbs, and no berries either none at all, service was alright could be better, Atmosphere very loud because its in a mall obviously.

Terrible service there was more than 10 workers and they were all just standing around looking dumb. When I ordered the girl taking my order had attitude and they had no Mac and no milk shakes would never come here again period.

Terrible service, worker had an attitude with me the whole time from the moment i walked up. I attempted to order mac and cheese yet they said they didn’t have any? Why is there 6 workers in the back but they can’t heat up the mac? Anyways I got my food just to discover the milkshake I ordered with my meal was no longer available. Sufficed to say this Chick Fil A needs to be shut down and re evaluated by its employees because they have not one clue what they are doing.

I tried to call them to figure things out and let them know and never received a call back after I was told someone would contact me. Super sad I thought chikfila was better then that. I guess not.
