Today I bought from Chick-fil-A branch in Georgia Mall. It was a bad experience. All the fries were oily, the salad was old lettuce leaves, and I found a hair inside the fries box. The fries were broken, as if they were the end of the quantity. I spent 71:80 for nothing. Although I waited a long time to receive the order.

The whole food is weird the salad of the lettuce is old and smells. All the French fries are broken ,oily,taste bad, and looks old, and the deluxe sandwich the lettuce and tomato taste old and weird. The only good thing was the drinks. We spent $71.80 it’s not worth 10 dollars

Yesterday I ordered take out at this chik fil a and ordered a large fry with ketchup and a grilled chicken sandwich. I left before checking my bag and saw that I only received my fries which were medium instead of a large fry and never got my grilled chicken sandwich. I tried to call in and inform this mistake the next day and that on my bag receipt it only showed my medium fry and ketchup, the lady on the phone explained that what’s in the bag receipt is a reflection to my printed receipt meaning that I never ordered my grilled chicken sandwich in the first place? So I thought I was crazy but I had to double check my bank account and saw that chik fil a still charged me $10.58 just for a medium fry and some ketchup. So either they had my chicken sandwich in a separate bag and never gave it to me with its cost printed on it or I have been overcharged for an order that wasn’t put in correctly or fully given to me.

The food was good and the service was quick. There was a lot of trash near the counters.
I thought “oh this is fast” theirs no line. Then at the window I literally counted 15 cars all got their order first before me. To which I asked “any idea why everyone else got their order but me” the response was they’re waiting on my tenders to be cooked. Still that doesnt take 20 minutes that I sat in the drive-through waiting for 4 tenders and fries. They then threw two brownies in the bag, but I dont like brownies. Yes I wish i could give them to you, maybe chicken sandwiches go faster. Weird.

I ordered a meal via Uber eats , and there was no option for sauces. So I called in and specifically asked for my order to have sauce in it. I got my order and the food wasn’t fresh and there was no sauce. I was pretty upset so I drove to them and told the manager my concerns. Chinwe quickly address the situation and made remade my order and gave me the sauces that I needed. She handled the situation extremely well and I am happy with my food and the service that I had gotten!

When I ordered my food there was no one in the line I noticed a few other get their order after I placed my order I went to go stand around since all I ordered were fries nothing else and while doing this I noticed the few people behind the ones with big family’s and the single people all got their food before me which I have no idea why this would happen. I understand if they wanted to get the big orders first but don’t understand why they did my order last out of everyone else this includes like 8 other bags from the people behind and the single people getting all their orders before me, I’m not going to be coming back here again and the fries were salty af.
