this restaurant used to be one of my favorites but the past 3 times I’ve gone, they messed up my order. Like getting a cup instead of a bowl of soup, missing an entire scoop, and not toasting the sandwich.

I think they may have changed employees because this never happened before and I’ve been dozens of times. now, it’s every time I go here.

I let them know, but I don’t think they care very much because it keeps happening.

I order the quart of chicken poblano soup all the time, even though it’s overpriced through Uber Eats, because I’m usually at work and it’s convenient. But this time I was really disappointed. I paid $22 for my usual soup and you all sent me nothing but liquid. There were no black beans, no substance—just broth. This is one of my go-to orders, so getting a watered-down version with missing ingredients was honestly frustrating and not what I expect after paying that much.

They forgot one of my items while my daughters and you I were dinning in the restaurant and when I asked for it I was peppered with questions as if I was lying about it being left out. I was seriously caught off guard! She was super rude and finally gave us our item after I proved the messed up! Super rude!

First-time customer at this location. Family coming in town for weekend, so placed order through app for several 'quick chick' pre-packed flavors to pick up following morning.

Arrived 15 minutes before scheduled pick-up time into very clean and bright restaurant and was immediately greeted by friendly, customer-focused representative. Order ready and 100 percent correct.

And same top-notch quality as I have experienced at other Chicken Salad Chick locations. Ordered 4 flavors (original, jalapeño, cucumber dill, and basil lemon). All equally fresh, high-quality, carefully packed, and delicious!!!!!

The Chick never disappoints. Always fresh and tasty, with a friendly staff and clean dining area. The Sassy Scotty is our go-to, but on this trip we tried the Barbie-Q. It was nicely subtle on the BBQ taste and perfect on toasted wheat and their buttery croissants. Keep up the good work!
