they’re always super quick with my order, and the kids working there are all really nice. the big backed karens in the comments are hilarious though i wish i could laugh react at some of these reviews! it’s like these grown adults in the reviews don’t understand that these kids don’t make the rules for the establishment and are most likely just following protocol of their workplace regardless of how “ludicrous” it might seem. anyhow, good quality for the price and employees are friendly and snappy with orders!

This Cinnabon is the best Cinnabon i’ve been to. To having the best customer service, having delicious Cinnamon rolls, and other baked goods. There’s this one worker who is always nice and is always ready to take my order. They are very clear on that the packs are sold differently from the hot cinnabons. As the packs are ones that were made earlier in the day and cooled down which makes sense of their price difference. He usually wears pajama pants and has dyed hair.

As I'm sitting here as soon as I got my cinnabon, and I had better. But the most thing I'm super annoyed with is when I asked for a 4pack of classic and the guy in the pajama pants told me they are all out and not going to make any more... I'm all confused bc they can literally but 4 cinnabons in the box for 4. He told me I had to buy all 4 individually which is $5.95 each instead of $17.99 for the back... I end up paying $35 bc my husband love cinnabon and my son and I were thirsty... Doesn't make sense that I paid an extra $5 or so... Highly disappointed.

I’ve been going to this Cinnabon for over 15 years. I have to admit customer service is hit or miss. This past Monday I had the best experience. The two Cinnabons I purchased were fresh, hot and delicious. (I know my Cinnabons as I used to work for Cinnabon for over 5 years back in the 90s. This is when we used to make the dough and cream cheese frosting from scratch. Yes, they were so good.) What made this visit one of the best was the customer service I received by Alvin. He was so personable and engaging. He held a conversation with me and made me feel like a welcomed guest. Hope you all get blessed by being helped my Alvin. He is a such a sweet young man and his smile will make your day. May Jesus bless you Alvin! ???

Dry !!! Like eating card board! I went to the mall this past weekend and bought three Cinnabon for me and my kids. Never again would I buy from here again. It was so dry I chucked down a whole tall cup of milk before I would choke. No icing just bread smh !
I do recommend cinnabon, but I wish y'all would make the employees where Nets over their hair. I wish I would tell them to stop playing with their hair and using their nasty cell phones when they are fixing food. it's disgusting.
