CupPoki (Poke & Ramen)

Staff is nice. Thats about the only positive I have to say. They have unreliable registers that will some times take cards and sometimes wont. Food is extremely overpriced for what it is. The ramen is boiled water in a premade bowl (for the same price you would get from a sit down ramen place in Buford). The poki bowl is semi-fresh vegetables with sauce poured on top. The juice is over priced. For similar prices, go to a much higher quality boba or juices place in the same city. I will say it like how I feel:Overpriced, over hyped food, running through insufficient technology.

Drinks tasted great, food was amazing. Wait wasn't long, got two create your own ramen. Very wide selection of ingredients, people were also very nice. Wonderful little place ?

Don't food here! The drinks may be a different story as it seems that they're popular for their drinks but the food is outright atrocious. All of their vegetable sides were raw and hard, the chicken had decent taste, the rice was blander than a sock, and they charge you so much for such a small portion of this horrid creation. The staff work so quickly that they throw customer service straight out the window. I waited 20 minutes in line for this disappointment. The staff are focused so much on the drinks,so if you order food, you will be heavily sidelined.Food is not the priority of this place. I wouldn't recommend it for the food.

Got the salmon poki, love it only thing is the pineapple should be chopped up like the mango was. Pineapple chunks is too big. The drinks also needed a little bit more sugar... I knoe shocking! Most drinks are way too sweet.

Ordered ramen and was hoping it'd be more fresh than Shin Ramen that comes in a dollar pack at the store. Tasted just like that but with vegetables

This place is fabulous! The ingredients were fresh and sauces were wonderful. The bubble tea is fantastic and the light bulbs are a great idea. The service was fantastic, he made sure my son would like the tea flavor he ordered and accommodated anything we requested.

This place is amazing even tho they did not have chocolate milk tea i got to try a new one which was coffee and it was SOOOOO good and the bulbs look so cute❤️??would 100% recommend

Disclaimer: not sure why it is classified as a Hawaiian restaurant lol. But nonetheless, CupPoki is a good option for mall food. It offers you an escape option from typical fast food that you will find in malls. Quality-wise it isn't the greatest but I give it 4 stars for the service.

This place is super yummy!! Really kind, helpful staff, healthy delicious food with a lot of variety, and they work really hard at staying clean and organized. I had such a good time eating my tuna poke bowl here and I'm excited to go back!

This place is my preferred one. I go to many restaurants but to this restaurant I go the most. The team is very attentive and the cooking they serve is so good. I never miss an opportunity to have a good meal here. I recommend this place with pleasure.
