Why is this place still called Farmer's Basket? It's just fried Asian food and meatloaf now

They got me to try a plate with their free samples they were handing out. I was pleasantly surprised at how fresh everything was! Fast service. You won’t be standing there for more than 5min if you’re in a rush. Unless you’re waiting for a certain item.

I used to like the food here and haven't been a while so when at the mall today got it...and regret it. The food was awful. Literally everything I got was gross....to the point I put it out and am throwing away the whole meal. I will probably not be eating there again.

Farmer’s Basket is always a hit for me. I usually come by during lunch and everything is usually fresh and gorgeous. I usually get the yellow rice, salmon, and green beans. I’ve tried the other Asian spots in the food court but nothing compares to Farmer’s Basket’s quality and if you’re vegan or vegetarian just go straight here because they have real Whole Foods and vegetables.

Let's start with the fact that the food wasn't hot. I placed a pickup order from a table 10 feet away so it's not like I picked it up a long time after I ordered. After giving them my first and last name for my order they still asked to see my phone for confirmation. While I was pulling up my texts one lady was rapid fire yelling at me about and my phone. I told her to calm down, that I was pulling up the text. Showed them the confirmation, and the text that said my order was ready and they were still trying to not give me my order. The girl at the register put my order on the counter and I took it. While I was waking away, the older lady was still yelling at me about some app. I ordered from a website! I told her I had already shown proof of purchase and that I would not be showing her anything else. I won't be back. There's other places in this food court that serve hot food and don't yell at you when you're picking up your order. I've watched MANY places come and go in this this food court over the years. Hopefully this is the next one to go.

While the food is pretty good, they literally charge you $14.00 for a meat and two sides and the portion of meat you get is laughable. They load your plate up with rice and veggies while giving you a small portion of meat.

Do NOT eat here. Found a dead fly in the bourbon chicken and I feel sick and want to vomit. Filthy place and these ppl could care less.
This was the most disgusting food I've ever had. I'm far from a picky eater and I'm willing to eat most foods, even if it doesn't taste that great. If I find a food nasty I can still see why others would like it. But that was not the case this time. I couldn't even finish it and had to throw it away. The string beans were *coated* in oil and ridiculously salty. The citrus chicken tasted like candy and the chicken was so dry it looked like jerky. On top of that, the "chicken" was almost all breading. I was crunching away until I realized I didn't taste any meat. It had me questioning if it was even chicken, and when I finally inspected it, that's what I saw. 98% breading, 2% chicken. Additionally the cornbread had NO flavor and didn't even taste like cornbread. I'm actually shocked how disgusting that food was. There's a reason why there was no line at the counter.

I've always loved this place I feel like they give good portions for your money however I drove 45 minutes to go eat just for them to tell me they only make what I eat a few days out of the week not sure when they started that but maybe you should put that on the menu if it's up there on that big menu you should have it everyday not sure if I'll ever be going back to Farmers basket highly disappointed with you wasting my time and gas money for nothing I will just find somewhere else

Got my meal with 2 chickens + 2 sides. The taste was not good. Lots of powders coating the chickens. Fried rice is salty. Don’t recommend to get this when coming to the mall.
