Great American Cookies Lower level Foodcourt

Either I’ve been spoiled by Crumbl or this place has drastically declined. This used to be my favorite cookie shop growing up and even most of my adulthood. But it has definitely changed over time. I came in a few months ago and thought maybe I just caught them on an off day, but sadly, I don’t think that’s the case. I think I’m going to have to hang Great American Cookie up.

I've been going to this location since high school (graduated in 2011), and the workers are still super nice and the quality has always been A-1!!

Gooey tasty cookie monster treats…and brownies too! My helpful hostess gave a run-through of all the different delectables. I actually ate a yellow brownie that tasted like delicious cheesecake. A very nice dessert munchie to make the Mall of Georgia a scrumptious experience.

Thank your saving the day! Another location put the wrong design on our cookie cake and the decorator had left for the day so they couldn’t fix it. Y’all made the cookie cake as requested in under an hour. Thank you again.

I bought two double doozies here yesterday and they were so stale we couldn't even eat them. It was almost $10 for the 2 cookies and they went straight into the trash!

We are celebrated my husband birthday and the amazing staff from here let us get some of my husbands all time favorite cookies to end the night with such great sweetness! The fact that it was after hours and they still took care of us and didn’t turn us away to make his birthday night was above and beyond! They were professional and high tone in great conversation. Thank you for taking care of us after hours and giving excellent customer service!

My husband picked up a cookie cake at my request for my birthday. He said customer service was great. When I saw the cake, it was nicely decorated and I was excited to eat it. The cake was slightly undercooked and didn’t taste great, as their name suggests. For the price, I was definitely expecting more.

We love the folks at this Great American Cookie! They were so helpful when I was ordering a cookie for my husband’s work event. The custom design was perfect! They are always so kind and a pleasure to work with!

I always come to the mall here with my friends and when i am here my and my friends get cookies here and it’s so delicious! The food is good and the customer service. Very high quality cookies, the red velvet cookie is the best ??
