I came to buy some ice cream, but honestly, it’s not good, and on top of that, the service is really bad. I just bought some ice cream, and they gave me change, but the bill is torn, it’s missing a piece. I asked the girl working there, “Hey, can you change this bill for me?” and she said, “No, I can’t, I can’t give you more change, I can’t open the register,” and she said it in a very rude way So I decided to leave, and I’m never coming back here again 😑

I just ordered an ice cream cone, supposedly a banana split. It came with all the cream melted, no caramel, no banana, two melted scoops of ice cream. That pittance alone cost me $20. I can get my money back.

Me and my girlfriend and her daughter came here today but we have been here before and we love the ice cream it’s so delicious and the prices are reasonable I highly recommend this place

they had a long line to order today, I got on line to order (noticed that prices are not displayed anywhere wtf?) and one of the ladies working there told the people in front of me that they had to pay first and then order. we all listened and went to the cashier to pay, then the cashier told me that I had to order first, then pay and just sent us back to the line that had gotten even longer. ended up not ordering anything because I could tell that the customer service was horrible, 0 communication skills from the staff

The midnight cookies and cream dazzler sundae was great. I felt like it was a but pricey since it was $10, but the quantity of the ice cream and toppings was good which made the ice cream worth it.

I came here twice on the same week and her attitude did not improve. The ice cream meets the general standards but I was dissatisfied with the service here.

Well...were do we start? The staff was fine...but the ice cream was as bland as I've ever had...rum raisen...hardly any raisens and absolutely no rum flavor...but here's the real.problem.; $7:75 for a single scoop in a waffle cone!!! $7.75!!! There's no prices listed so it comes as quite a shock when you go to pay.... Enjoy this place while you can because it will never last.

No wonder why some other customers are upset because of overcharging and bad service. I ordered 3 of the same orders and the 3rd one overcharged me with $1 + almost 4 dollar tip. I gave them a $1 (cash) tip (so almost $5 tip in total) as I chose the custom to tip but didn't give me an option after I pressed. The asian kid helped the register to enter this but it seems like something was going on as they didn't print me the receipt if I didn't ask. I just noticed my receipt when I got home and viola! The owner or Haagen Daz company should do something about this. I have business as well but I don't do this!
