Paid $46 freaking dollars for four people and when we finally got home to eat it, realized the most expensive sandwich (Monster Burger) wasn't even there. That meal alone was $14 of what we spent and we didn't get it. I wasn't about to drive 20 minutes back and just found something at home, but you better believe I called and complained. The hot ham n cheese sandwich had about three deli thin slices of ham on it. Barely enough meat to call it a sandwich. Not likely to return.

Food was disgusting cold. Fried was cold and tasted like it was someone else order. The guy who took my oder was nice no complaints there. But hey if am going to spend 21 dollars on a buger Fried it should be decent

Food and service was great, the portion sizes were definitely beyond expectations, atmosphere however was kinda eh cuz the floors were dirty. I would suggest drive thru, other than that though a great place to eat.

The menu is extraordinarily expensive for what you get, insanely slow, and wrong. Never going back here.

This picture is of a burger with no cheese. I'm no expert, but that looks like cheese to me.

Dietary restrictions: I am violently lactose intolerant, and they could not figure out how to not put cheese on a sandwich.

How is it possible for it to take 15+ minutes to get through a drive with a standard order (no special requests) 2 items?
I don’t understand how the people, Hardee’s hires, is so dramatically different than CFA or other restaurants. They were openly arguing with one another while taking orders. No management in sight!

I tried to eat here twice and both times I left with nothing. I will not be returning. this place looks disgusting and the people that work there look raggedy. I go in there at 10:35 the whole menu is lunch, I tried to order off the menu and the lady tells me lunch will not be ready until 12:30 pm. So I asked her "so nothing on the menu is available" she replies no with an attitude. Breakfast stops at 10:30. You're better off going to Wendy's across the street

Twice this week I was trapped in the drive thru. The first time was 25 minutes. With other cars behind you it is impossible to leave. The second time was at least that long. 1 hour lost this week stuck in a drive through. And all this with the General manager working the drive thru window. I think it's time for a new manager at this location.... If corporate cares.

Absolutely no customer service. Waited in drive through for 15 minutes with no communication from the staff regarding our order. In addition to that we were not given the right amount of drinks and our order was incomplete which required us to wait longer to have it rectified. Worst experience ever at a Hardee’s
