Well first off when I walk in. I can see the pre cooked food sitting under the warmer..that lets me know the food is not cooked to order…second the lady taking my order had an attitude when she took my order…I ordered biscuits and gravy combo…ok boom she immediately gave me my order I said man is this stuff fresh…with an attitude she says YES!!! No the hash browns were cold and the gravy was hard…I asked for fresh hash browns…she yells to the back…” can yall drop some hash browns she said they cold”” I kept my cool because how are you mad I want fresh food that I paid for…1/10 never will be back…..oh not to mention I’m watching the manager put the old hash browns back in the fryer…oh he’ll naw won’t be back…and the blueberry biscuits was nasty and hard…

THIS HARDEE'S IN BUFORD HAS A GOOD BREAKFAST. I GOT THE CHICKEN SANDWHICH COMBO ITS JUICIER, AND BIGGER AND THE BISCUITS ARE FLUFFY. AND THE SPRITE IS ON POINT. BYE BYE MCDONALDS

Used drive-thru. I ate my mushroom Swiss double burger like a filthy greasy pig and it was soooo frikin good yes it was I tell ya. I almost wrecked my suv while licking the wrapper. Gud Fud. The end.

I went here this morning, and I ordered a egg & cheese biscuit combo with a small Dr. Pepper on a well done dark biscuit. I get to the window, hand the cashier my card for payment, she hands me my drink, a medium Dr. Pepper, and eventually my food. I asked her to provide me with a receipt, and she proceeds to pull up a long thing of receipts probably not given to the customer. She tells me it will be a minute, after it seemed it was out of paper. She comes back to window gives me a receipt, and I was in a hurry or else I would have turned around, but she gave me a reprint from another receipt machine, I think the front counter. It had James on the receipt for cashier, but it was not even for what I ordered. It was for 1 Stars for Heroes $1.00. I need my receipts for tax purposes, and if she didn't know how reprint it, she should have said something. On top of that, no napkins in the bag whatsoever. I saw a couple of people walking back to the restaurant with bags like the order may have been wrong, it may have been a busy morning but I would expect better customer service. This was my second time at this location, and the first time was not like this. I'm not sure of her name, but she had tattoos on her arm, neck. She seemed pretty nice, but maybe overwhelmed with work. I would suggest that all employees are trained to provide a receipt regardless in case there is a issue with the order you have proof of purchase.

Maybe someone didn’t show up for their shift. Sunday morning breakfast crowd. Went to counter, no one acknowledged my presence. (Drive thru was backed around the building) Stepped back and ordered on the app, breakfast platter and Frisco sandwich. Over 20 minutes to get my order, others that arrived after me served first. They forgot the hash rounds. Hardee’s, I don’t need a Covid safety sticker on the top of my drink! Or anywhere else!

Terrible! I paid 4 dollars for bacon on two different sandwiches and the bacon was no where to be found. Plus I paid 1 dollar and 20 cent extra for tomatoes and they were not on the sandwiches. On Eddies shift. Then i called back up there and no one answered the phone. 5 dollars extra for nothing. This is not acceptable.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast and got just that.... with a smile! James, the GM, had great music blasting in the kitchen to keep his team motivated. A new team member was training at the counter and James was able to tend to the drive-thru and offer her the assistance she needed at the same time. He was patient and very helpful to her. The food was prepared fresh and hot and tasted just like I remember Hardee's in the past. I hate that so many have closed so it was a real treat to find this one still open and serving great breakfast! Thank you, James and team for making my stop so enjoyable! That's not a common experience anymore with fast food restaurants!

They gave me the wrong biscuit but I'm glad they did . I usually don't like the egg at most fastfood places but theirs are great. I still gave a 5 star because it was so good . Ordered a steak biscuit and got a sausage and egg . I will still go back . They was training the person.

My husband and I were out running errands and stopped to grab something quickly. The cashier had no idea what she was doing. When I approached the counter she had her back to Mr on her phone for a good 5 min till the manager who was doing everything said something to her. Another young lady came up and just stood next to the lady playing with her hair. The dinning room was a mess and there were a couple of dead roaches under a couple of booths. We understood the cashier was new. But the overall restaurant was filthy and there was only one other customer in the restaurant. That was the first time I had been in a hardees. I will not choose hardees again.
