I have been here three times. Because I love KFC. But today was a little bit off. The staff was not so friendly which I can understand because we all have our days. The food was horrible on my third time being there. If I had any advice to give them it would be to please keep the energy the same from the first time I came into the establishment. Overall I mean I still ate my food. Just wish it was a little better this third time around.

That’s so frustrating! They definitely should have told you upfront about the wait time, especially since you called ahead. Driving 30 minutes just to find out you’ll have to wait another 30 for your order feels like a complete oversight on their part. A heads-up over the phone could have saved you all that time and hassle—either by letting you order in advance or by being clear that it’d take a while. It’s amazing how basic communication can make or break customer service....

It's one of the better KFCs I've been to in a looooooooong while.? I've been there twice in a week so far, and the service and food is better than the majority of franchises in the area.
