0 stars if I could. We placed an order for the Pac-Man dozen online. Only to be told AFTER we drove 30 minutes, they'd have to substitute almost HALF of them for plain donuts.
1. What is the point of accepting an order you cannot fill? To piss off a long time customer? In that you succeeded!
2. You ACTUALLY expected me to pay the FULL SPECIALTY price for plain glazed donuts!

Great service!! Great employees!!
It is Saturday night and the hours state open until 10:00 pm. We drove up at 9:50 and the drive thru was closed and tried to go inside but the employee inside stares they were closed. Do you not want business?
