Been here several times and the food and atmosphere are top notch. Only thing is they are either slow or understaffed at lunch. All of the times we have been there it took up to 10 minutes for server to come to our table and another 10 minutes to get our tea. Just seems a little sluggish service wise.

I really want to like this place. 2nd try. Had to ask for napkins and silverware after appetizers arrived. Refill of drinks-had to ask. Asked for lemon- had to ask a second time. Chips hard, guacamole very oniony.
Meals were fantastic. Yet, again drinks are empty.
Open area, very loud, but ok.
The wait staff have opportunities...From hostess to those dropping off food and the main server. A smile and look like you enjoy your position!

Reasonably to cheaply priced for the quality of food. Very good food, all steak is cooked to order based on preference and is filet, j highly recommend this gem.

This was our family’s first time visiting. The food, service, & ambiance were all amazing! Loved all of the wood, brick, sculptures, and stained glass in the restaurant. Our server, Ryan (first name Christopher) was one of the best we’ve ever had!! We will definitely be back, and will ask for him!

Had a wonderful experience celebrating a friend's 50th Birthday.. We sat at the bar since it was just 2 couples. DANIEL was our bartender/waiter. He was VERY knowledgeable as a bartender and took time to tell us about the interesting alcohol choices and some of the history behind the top shelf choices. We are not big drinkers but love to learn, so he was patient with our questions. The FOOD was amazing. We asked him for suggestions and recommendations: We had Cowboy Queso as an appetizer it was amazing. We shared the Fajitas for 2 and chose by his recommendation the 10oz filet med rare as our meat. It was absolutely the BEST fajitas I have ever eaten. I High recommend this restaurant. I will be coming back later in the month with my daughter as we celebrate our birthday. And we will be asking for Daniel to serve us:-)

First time eating at off the rails. Salsa Amazing and atmosphere wonderful. Quality ingredients coupled with great service. It’s a plus that the location is in historic Buford. I had the filet steak fajitas…. Never seen filet on a menu option for fajitas.

We had a party of four and were told about 45 minute wait around 6:30 on a Friday evening, but ended up being called for our table only about 20 minutes later. The hostesses, bartenders, and server were awesome. Everyone was friendly and warm, we felt very welcome and they treated us like family. We had the queso and guacamole and fajitas which were all warm and fresh. Raspberry margarita was delish! Also recommend the raspberry + coconut margarita! Everything came out quickly. Service from start to finish was on point. We’ll be back!

The Puerco Especial is the closest resemblance to a western US states Chile Verde I have found anywhere in the east. I have been searching for a dish like this on Georgia for over 14-years. This is a cool restaurant. I look forward to trying their other dishes, especially the mole.
