We absolutely love Off The Rails!! The decor is so unique. The staff are always welcoming and attentive. I have eaten here with my husband, and again with my girl friends, and another time with coworkers. The attentiveness of the staff never changes. We always feel that we are the only ones there. Enough about the amazing atmosphere and staff. The food is to die for. The quality is above par, fresh and flavorful no matter what you order or the time of day. The amount of food and...
Been here several times and the food and atmosphere are top notch. Only thing is they are either slow or understaffed at lunch. All of the times we have been there it took up to 10 minutes for server to come to our table and another 10 minutes to get our tea. Just seems a little sluggish service wise.
I really want to like this place. 2nd try. Had to ask for napkins and silverware after appetizers arrived. Refill of drinks-had to ask. Asked for lemon- had to ask a second time. Chips hard, guacamole very oniony.
Meals were fantastic. Yet, again drinks are empty.
Open area, very loud, but ok.
The wait staff have opportunities...From hostess to those dropping off food and the main server. A smile and look like you enjoy your position!
