One of my favorite items are the crab ragoons, they looked almost the same but tasted like the grease that they were cooked in was old. So disappointed. I ordered the spicy chicken, it tasted fine, but had sat too long waiting to be picked up, as else were the green beans. I can only assume that our server had a lot of tables as, even though she would check on us, it was always a while before she came back. They have definitely been moved to the bottom of my list.

We had the pleasure of hosting our Collins Hill High School football weekly podcast at P.F. Chang’s in Buford, Georgia, and the service was nothing short of outstanding! Our group had over 40 people, and Nericka, Josie, and Michael went above and beyond to make sure every single guest was taken care of. They were friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient, even with such a large crowd. From start to finish, they made the night run smoothly and made us feel welcome. Truly the best service we could have asked for!

My food was absolutely disgusting 4 different people at the table and no one enjoyed there meal They only thing that was good was the lemonade and it’s just simply lemonade poured from a bottle

First of all, your establishment today was very unclean. I called in an order of chicken fried rice at 4:04 PM. I was told fifteen to twenty minutes. Cool I walked in at 4:30 PM expecting to receive my to go order and be on my way but NO! The waitress asked a young lady who was already and myself the names on our orders. We were told they’re coming up now. Doing this time, a gentleman came behind me with a double order received his and walked out. Minutes passed and then waitress asked me again what my name was reach behind her on the to go counter and picked up a bag that was already sitting there when I walked in. I told her I should receive a discount because I’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes for a basic chicken fried rice . She got an attitude with me and said she did not hear me say my name when she initially asked. She acted like she never spoke or seen me before. If you didn’t hear my name, how was my order on the way. SO UNPROFESSIONAL IF YOU CANT HANDLE THE TO GO COUNTER THEN MAYBE FIND ANOTHER FUNCTION IN THE RESTAURANT. I’m 6’4” with green eyes, 250 lbs and bald. I’m not hanging in front of a to go counter on a Sunday for nothing. Young lady, if that was the case, you should have approached me again to ask me what my name There was a manager who was standing there and told me no charge after I became upset. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I will share this on the air and advise people not to visit the Mall of Ga location.

The Food was outstanding as always. The manager CoCo was extremely friendly and would step in to help her staff. Very rare. The positive environment and teamwork was very evident. Excellent food and welcoming staff.

Truly shocked at all these 5 star reviews after a horrendous experience today for late lunch.
The 84 food rating on the wall when you enter in should have convinced me to leave, but I haven’t been to a PF Changs in years and was looking forward to having it again.
The restaurant was busy and a mess. Tables not bussed, trash on the floors. Just overall kind of gross. As we were seated a sour strong smell overwhelmed us. Was a diaper change happening next to us or was the source of the smell some foul mop water used to clean the table and seats? The menus and table were sticky. Clearly they were busy and not able to pay attention to the details.
Service was quick and friendly, but the food was just meh. We ordered the dynamite shrimp to start and it was just kind of lacking flavor. I ordered the mongolian tofu and it was actually the best thing we ordered - not sure if was actually good on its own or good compared to the utter garbage my husband received.
He ordered the korean fried chicken with fried rice. First of all, the chicken was not an actual piece of chicken. It was like a ground chicken formed into a shape kind of like the chicken nuggets from mcdonalds. The sauce on it was just bad - not spicy or sweet or savory - but just like… weird and not tasty. The fried rice was not at all fried, but more like leftover rice and vegetables mixed together and seasoned with the foul mop water - it honestly tasted like we were sure to be sitting on the toilet for the rest of the day if we ate any more of it.
Im not sure who is writing these reviews but its likely the staff or people who have no food standards whatsoever.
Id like to forget this experience ever happened. Please go somewhere else.

The staff was friendly as we entered. The service was satisfactory with several over sites. The lettuce chicken wraps were under seasoned. The Mongolian beef was severely overcooked and dry. The Pepper Steak was overcooked, under seasoned, and was covered in cold bland gravy. The presentation was sloppy. Overall, I was disappointed. I have always loved PF Chang's, but it seems that the restaurant is not what it once was.

This was my 4th time at P.F. Chang's with my girlfriend, and still nothing special about this place. After this last visit, we will definitely not be coming back. The server was not interested in us, really. Bad attitude, not coming back to check on us or even get some of the appetizers in.
