$9.99 for takeout Edamame. They didn’t even add salt. No sweet chili sauce. Just a $1.99 size frozen bag of Edamame in a takeout container. Will never eat here again.

What a sad experience to see PF Chang’s deteriorate the way it has. A dinner out here used to be a nice evening out, a place you went for an elevated meal. Now it feels like you’re having dinner at a dimly lit truck stop. The restaurant itself is filthy. The bathrooms literally are no better than a side of the interstate gas station, with rusty tampon holders dangling from the wall by one screw, out of order restrooms, toilet paper all over the floor, and paper towels over flowing out of the trash onto the floor. The light fixtures are stained from water leaks it appears and were never replaced. The seat of the chairs at our table had come unscrewed from the frame and if you leaned forward the entire seat popped up from under you. Everything felt sticky and gross. Just unkept. Doing the bare minimum possible - a clear sign that private equity has entered the chat sadly.
The food has lost its flavor, my Chang’s spicy chicken was not nearly the dish I’ve had in the past, but now has been replaced with heavily breaded popcorn chicken that is 80% breading and 20% meat. Did not enjoy it at all.
We won’t be back to a PF Chang’s - I’ve watched the downhill slide for years and now it’s finally reached the bottom. I was shocked to walk in and see a near empty dining room during peak dinner time three days before the holidays (in previous years this location would have had a 2+ hour wait), but after dining there now I know why. Who wants to spend hard earned money on a restaurant that clearly doesn’t even care about themselves, let alone the customers? Pass.

I did not eat at the restaurant. Upon entering the foyer, there was a strong smell reminiscent of a stale, dirty Chinese restaurant. After using the restroom, I left immediately, as the facilities were unclean. The path to the restrooms was cluttered with chairs and gave off the vibe of a run-down establishment.

I went into this restaurant with my significant other weeks ago the restaurant was kinda empty which should have been my first warning sign the server forgot to give us straws and napkins the food took very long and even when we got the food it was expensive and barely filling the salad was decent but that doesn't say much even after we where done I waited 20 minutes for the bill and our server took so long I actually went up to the front to tell them where ready to pay I won't go there again it was my first and last time
We have been to this location before and food just was not at the same level as usual and with their prices going up really made overall visit fair. Lo-Mein tasted bland, lettuce wraps were off but soup was good. Lots of foot traffic and easy hear people in other booths. Waitress was fantastic- really knew menu, very attentive and just nice person!! We are going to try Augusta location to see if that's better or is this an unfortunate trend at PF Changs....
