I hate that I have to write this review but I’ve been a few times now and I’ve been more than disappointed. It’s dirty, the food sucks, and the service is sub par.

We were ripped off, you pick two and they advice you at the cashier as if you choose half sandwich you get half size soup with it included in the price. But no! you end up with kids meals size with barely anything inside the sandwich and they also charge you for the soup. Its a false advertisement! I even clarified with the cashier she said you choose a second side choice either salad or soup (She didn't say they charge you for the second choice). And they charge you for the sandwich and the soup! Quality was a joke and service we were lied to. I would not recommend their food! Mind you we did eat here few times a year ago before their food quality and service lacks a-lot.

I ordered the pic too. Broccoli cheddar soup and ciabatta cheesesteak sandwich. The meat Was cold. Unfortunately, I had already driven away and was in Holiday traffic. I knew it would take me Sometime to go back to the store. This was definitely the worst meal I’ve ever had at Panera.

This Panera went downhill. Used to be a great place but recently has been absolutely disappointing. Avoid it at all costs. Not worth your 1hour wait. Go to Gainesville location.

15 minutes waiting an espresso.
When ordering there was no token, then it suggest to take a picture of a QR code, which I did, and I’m here waiting, waiting.
Terrible.

The mac and cheese is worth it and so was the coffee, but everything else is not. I got two sandwiches and they both were just a mountain of bread with 2 peices of meat, and no cheese, and theg forgot a few ingredients on both. I got two soups and they were both very very bland, and looked watered downm The broccoli cheddar soup tasted like there was no cheddar in it at all, and wasn't creamy in the slightest, I was the only order they had inside, but it still took so long and the food was mediocre. The tables were also dirty and sticky. There was no one in the front to help me, as it was my first time here and I didn't want to order on the tablets, but that's the only option inside.

It’s no reason why every time I come here there are no soufflé is ready if y’all know people like them especially the bacon and spinach. Why not make more? Why is there always 20 minute wait

Ordered the chicken and wild rice soup and was so disappointed. It was very goopy, I could hardly tell what was even chicken & the flavor was just not good.

I ordered pumpkin squash soup and I get home and theres no pumpkin seeds. The bread was extra hard. This expensive soup was just a waste. So disappointed 😞

Lockland has amazing customer service! I was upset with the location at first and in the midst of me writing a negative review his patience and understanding was great he even helped us when we wanted to change the order very grateful for his presence at this location. While other employees saw us and kept walking he as well as Jazz made sure to take our order and ensure we got what we wanted. They changed the experience just that quickly!

8:30PM and this location is staffed by nothing but children. They are not interested in making and serving food. They are running around playing tag in the back. No management anywhere in sight. The dining area is filthy, The drinks are empty. People lined up waiting for food and I'm literally watching them play catch in the back. They had mac and cheese but didn't feel like serving it. It was supposed to have bacon, when they finally got around to it the bacon was nowhere to be seen. When I did finally get my food it was room temp. And there is a hair in it. This is foul.

I'm not sure what's going on with this location, but they have been subpar with long waits, food outages, unstocked/dirty dining rooms and restrooms for a few months now. I frequent three different Panera locations often asa place to dine while doing some work on my computer, and this location used to be just fine. I'm here now, and I think I'm finally going to give up on this location and stick to the Lawrenceville-Suwanee and Sugarloaf locations. I waited 47 minutes tonight for an order that was simply a bowl of soup, a pomegranate tea, and 3 macaroons, and even when my order was finally at the counter, I had to go back to the front to ask for my macaroons (something this location always makes people do that the others do not). A crowd of people are waiting for their meals, but otherwise the dining room is quite empty. 2 out of 3 stalls in the ladies room were out of toilet paper when I went in about 20 minutes ago. I'm not sure if the dad state of this Panera is due to a short-staffing issue, management issue, or ? I'm done with this particular location, though, at least for a good long while.
