My food was ok. My main problem is with the dining area. The tables and chairs are worn down like they came from a garage sale in the 90s. It took me a while to find the least sticky, least crooked table. Multiple tables are sticky and covered with dirt despite the employee walking around aimlessly with a rag.

Every single time come in here while ordering ahead for a pick up but it’s missing coffee both dark and light as well as no hot water. Oh yeah also they barely clean floors here like deep cleaning, crumbles of food and food stains everywhere on seats and tables, carpet is dirty and greasy!!!

I went in to the restaurant today to pick up a Door Dash order and was ignored by the staff. I stood near the pickup station for 20 minutes and 3 different employees would not acknowledge me at all . Please be more courteous and professional, you work in the hospitality and restaurant business. I will never dine here .

Horrible smell… can’t stand in the store……. Then decided to order food from drive thru and they forgot to close the lid all the small and spilled my soup every where

They are rude. My daughter and I had a question and the two ladies at the counter ignored us they looked at us both times we asked for help and kept about their business.

So gross. It smells so bad in there (see other reviews mentioning the same thing - it smells like pee everywhere, from the moment you walk in the door!), and is extremely dirty. What are the kitchen and food prep areas like if the front of the house is in this condition? The smell and dirtiness was the worst part, but it didn’t help that I stood at the counter for several minutes and multiple employees wandered right in front of me behind the counter before wandering aimlessly back to the kitchen without acknowledging me. This was good because it allowed me to take notice of the nastiness around me before walking out without being acknowledged. I’ve been gone for a while and the stench is still in my hair from just the 5-10 minutes I stood inside. Beware!

I ordered for pick up. My side was missing, my spoon was missing, and my sandwich contained half a strip of chicken. More cheese which I usually don’t see on this sandwich than meat. The lettuce was also wilted.

I absolutely love this place!.. I'm here more in the fall and winter because of that Autumn Squash Soup!... It's my favorite soup there!... Hate that it's seasonal 😒 and not year round!..

This location always messes up the order. The drive-through takes extremely too long. There's too many cult workers in The Dry food that are just sitting around playing on their phones. There's no reason why any order should take over 10 minutes. I have to drive through. Please retrain. Everyone never had a great experience coming here.

twice I've ordered my lunch for work via delivery, early in the morning just to get coffee... and twice the coffee was not included in my order... I had to get the delivery service to refund me both times. DO BETTER and make sure the drinks are sent with the order.

The food is horrible!! They barely put any meat on the sandwiches and the food is way too salty.

I went through the drive thru Wednesday evening around 7. I ordered a whole cheese steak sandwich and soup. First I waited about 15 minutes because a guess the person's food wasn't ready in front of me and they didn't pull them up, and then got no apology when I got to the window.

She said my total was almost $20, $29 bucks for a sandwich and chips. I got home and Panera should be ashamed of themselves for serving a cheese steak that looks like that. Look at this sandwich. Where is the meat? This was a total rip off.
