Order was out for delivery on time. However, the driver got lost? He called us several times. Order was delivered 40 minutes late. Pizza was cold. The store wrapped the boxes in plastic. The boxes were crushed and damp - from sweating. Tried to call the store to report, but they were not answering the phone. This was my last order with this Pizza Hut.🙁 Suggest training delivering drivers.
Awful customer service! Always claim they are short staffed! It is not a customer's problem that you are short staffed-handle it!! Hire more people to do the job! On several occasions have come in and the GM ( white gentleman with glasses) stated he had no waitress to serve dine in folks! Is that really what you tell a customer? Tonight, waited nearly 15 minutes to never get seated because we finally walked out. Renee said they were short staffed. Again, same excuse for poor customer...read full review
