The lady name PAMMY/TAMMY that answered the phone was very rude and nasty!! Lol she insisted she wasnt 13 minutes away per the gps and was screaming at me with attitude on the phone stating she couldn't deliver to 30542! Which is Buford HS district LMAO ehat a SAD LADY of an Manager/employee.

Accidentally ordered from this location through UberEats instead of Braselton. They sent me half my order...missing breadsticks, missing extra sauce I paid for, missing 2 liter soda. Got a full refund from UberEats. Hope you enjoy not getting paid for the food you did send.

This is a solid Pizza Hut located right in the heart of Buford. Clean, efficient, and great customer service. I finally had a chance to order from Pizza Hut after going exclusive on Papa John's and Dominos for the past several years. I had issues ordering online via their website and app which I think needs a little work. Calling and ordering via phone was the way to go for me and the rep was kind enough to offer me some coupons and specials on the phone! The pizza quality was excellent and from the looks of it, Pizza Hut really does live up the slogan - No one out pizzas the Hut! Pizza Hut!
Parking was easy and the pizza was ready and hot!
4.3 stars rounded up makes this one a solid 5 for me!

This was our first visit and Tammy made us feel so welcomed and pleasantly assisted us in our purchase. She gave great advice on what and how to make our choices. She was so friendly and the service was super fast. The order was ready earlier than expected and it was hot and tasty. We will definitely make this our go to Pizza Hut!!!

Made an online order waiting for the pick up wasn’t sure if it was paid because all I had was a confirmation number so I confirmed had to pay by contacting my family member .. went back inside and was waiting to pay and a rude guy came upfront of the register and totally was rude about who was there first and very unprofessional will not repeat this unpleasant experience and definitely will not purchase any pizzas or anything else from time going forward I felt very bad for the young man who was trying to take care of the orders and the customers he looked very stressed out working by himself

My son LOVES pizza so we pick up from here regularly. We have also ordered from here for several family gatherings. They are always on time and the food is perfectly cooked. The staff is always friendly and hard at work. They also offer great deals all the time. The rewards program is a fantastic way to receive free food items as well. Love the Hut, especially this location!
