Submitted on-line order. When we arrived, we discovered our order was given to a different person!?! Staff retrieved order from mistaken customer who left the restaurant and tried to pass that package to us. There were 3 mistakes here - messed up orders for 2 customers, and then try to hand over food that left their custody to a customer.
Miss Felicia and her daughter Miss Kendra are always kind, considerate and courteous. The chicken is always fresh and you can tell they love what they do. I'm always greeted with a hey honey how are you? And they've become family. Would recommend the spicy chicken sandwich and spicy tenders.
No problem with the quality of food. Dined in twice with no issues. Drive thru three times, and each time, something was missing that I ordered and replaced with red beans and rice. The first time, I ordered cajun rice and mashed potatoes. I received mashed potatoes and red beans and rice. 2nd and 3rd time, coleslaw and cajun rice, received cajun rice and red beans and rice. Always check your bag before leaving the drive thru windrow.
