I have been here multiple times and Sbarro has been consistently good every visit. The cheese pizza was surprisingly not greasy. It had a nice crisp and the cheese had that great umami flavor that I expect in every pizza joint. The pan pizza with sausage and pepperoni had a slightly bitter taste in the dough and could use more tomato sauce to help balance that one, but it still had a nice chew and wasn't soggy. The service was fast, and this might be my favorite place to eat in the mall. Heck, if I lived nearby, I would order a whole pizza to go. Is it expensive, yeah, but I think the speed and the quality of the food makes it worth it.

I Waited over half an hour in the line, when I asked if they had Stromboli's I was told they were in the oven and it would be five minutes. I waited another 15 minutes off to the side waiting. When I asked how much longer I was told they didn't have any. I asked them if that was Stromboli on the rack and they said oh those are half baked..... Instead of putting some in the oven they continued serving other customers. At this point I took my family to another restaurant. Very disappointing experience!

The cashier was a girl with pink hair and she was so unbelievably sweet. You don’t get customer service that good at 5 star restaurants, an absolute angel for real. Pizza was yummy too! :)

Horrible service! Haven’t eaten at Sbarro in years and wanted to try it again as I’ve been craving pizza and pasta.Stepped up to order at 1pm 2/24/22(so the owner will know who’s working) and was met with immediate attitude from the manager on duty? He was in all black. I immediately lost my appetite and told him I’m no longer interested in eating there. Gave my business to the Chinese restaurant next to them. Should have looked at their reviews before waiting in line to get food from here! Will never return and the pizzas were old. Not to mention the cheese was stale and the meat looked cold and old on the pizzas. The spaghetti pasta was hard as most of it has been sitting out of water for a while for it to get dry and hard. The marinara looked watery and the baked pasta looked dry and hard.

I wish I could give negative stars. The employee Mike lied multiple times to my child whom they double charged. My wife showed him the bank transactions and his answer was to dispute it with the bank. After I called him, he lied to say he was the General Manager/Owner and that if I wanted to talk to his boss I should call corporate. Then he lied again by saying he'll ask for permission to give out his boss' contact info but when I called back he gave me a 1-800 number as if I wouldn't know any better.

I get that you guys open at 12pm today. All the foods been ready since 11:15am. It's 11:44am now on a Sunday. They've turned down 14 customers and counting so far.....so we supposed to order 1 hour old pizza for the lunch rush??? Some angry workers here catching attitudes like were supposed to know what time you open. And will I catch another attitude for asking for a fresh slice??? The old couple got scolded like children for asking why they can't order when the food is already ready. "The mall opens at 11am!!!! We open at 12pm!!!!" Says the shouting young girl who is fed up from us idiots thinking there open. Looks open to me when there is 2 guys and gals standing in front of the food just daydreaming. Staring into the crowd with all the lights on and menu signs on at 11:15am.
