Arrived an hour before closing and Mason was our server. Even though he was the only server on the floor he was attentive to our needs. Service did not reflect it. He was like lightening. Thank you Mason for a great experience!

Mason Till, our waiter, was amazing, attentive, and professional. This was my first time eating at Smokey Bones and Mason took great care of me and my guest. I give him and this restaurant FIVE STARS and TWO THUMBS UP!We ordered the Nutty Chicken Salad, corn bread, loaded baked potato, and a garden salad. Everything arrived at the table promptly and at the right temperature.

First experience: 1 starThis is going to be a long review.. breaking down from the beginning...Stepped into the restaurant.. empty.. maybe 2 tables near the bar.. took them 10 mins to get me seated...Waited 5 mins to get our drink order... Server came back 15 mins later to take our order.. but still haven't gotten our water... Food came out 45 mins later.. still haven't gotten our water .Had to remind again about the water...Food :We got a steak.. the BOGO steak..It was okay but really small.. my 3 yo was able to finish it..Also got the rib.. came out cold, hard, and small.. not worth the price..Also got the kids chicken finger.. it was good..Fries were cold ..

This is my second day in a row visiting Smokey bones due to the service! Me and my sister wanted to celebrate my mom’s birthday and Whitney helped us do it! She is the sweetest person ever! Real easy to talk to she got everybody order correct and her timing was amazing! We came back the next day and brought my daughter and she was our server again! I really appreciate Whitney we also had help from mason who was absolutely amazing we will be back! Order a lemon drop shot and the grilled cheese brisket you won’t be disappointedKid-friendliness: I brought my 10 year old and they were amazing with her!!!
