I understand everyone gets busy but you have to great your customers or acknowledge them if they have been helped. I stood on the pickup like for like 15 min and no one asked if I needed help and they were looking dead straight at me. The girl even started to clean the counter in front of me and had time to pull out her phone but could asked if I had been helped.
If I worked there and saw someone sitting there for more than 30min I would ask “Can I help you?” People be weird so you have to be careful specially when only girls are working.

They told me that the only shot that can be added to a kids smoothie is a multivitamin, which has not been my experience at other stores. I normally can get other enhancers added to this size smoothie.

The manager at Buford, Georgia has the worst customer service. She doesn’t speak when you come in. She literally was throwing the food because she got mad that I mentioned the smoothie must be the wrong one since it tasted horrible. I go in there every morning and pay close to $10 per smoothie, so when I asked her to remake it, she started throwing the food around. No one else there has poor customer service. Only the manager I don’t even know how she even got the job and in the mornings when I say good morning she grunts.
