I love smoothie king but this location consistently gets my order wrong, is slow af and never fully blends the smoothies. Please take more care in training.

I enjoyed the smoothies but at this Buford location, the employees don’t even welcome the customers and I certainly don’t feel welcomed. Plus, I only go there because my job is close by. I will go to another Smoothie King miles away.

4/16 at 6pmWalked in not greeted. And the guy up front (cameron) at the cash register standing on his phone not looking at me or asking anything scratching IN HIS EAR. While the other girl working hard and cleaning. then finally looks up at me and lifts his eyebrow and i said “are u ready?” He said “uh yeah”. Proceeds to make my bowl and informs me he has to go cut strawberries. No gloves. After touching his face and ear. Not sanitary and very unfriendly. Will not be back.

it would be nice if the employees wore a cap to cover their hand. The quality of the smoothie is not consistent. It depends on who makes it!

Had pieces of plastic all throughout my smoothie. Spit one out and it was clear plastic several times and all the same material.

Horrible experience. Went here to get an island impact before I go to work and they gave me a smoothie with banana in it. I called asking if that's something new and it's not. Just a mistake. First and last time coming here. With so many people in the building you'd think that's a mistake you wouldn't make. Definitely WON'T be back!

Dine in during lunch time. The hours listed in Google are accurate. The dining room is open. The service was average. The smoothie was good, and as expected. The restaurant was clean in the dining room. Overall, pleasant visit, and I am likely to return to this restaurant.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Four females working NOT one of them even said hello not to mention how rude the cashier was by rolling her eyes. Yes I completely called them out for how they could have at least spoken to us as we are paying customers. Then just decided to take my business elsewhere where people knew how to give customer service.

Hadnt had a smoothy in years .. i had walked all day and had a long walk ahead to my hotel. I was thirsty hungry and hot so a smoothy was a fast way to satisfy all those. It was tasty. Got medium but it was big. A small would have been a better choice.

Took the opportunity to order myself some lunch after coming from Mall area. Pulled up this location on Google and was able to submit my order via Google. Order took about 10 minutes and was ready by the time I got through the traffic light and pulled into the parking lot. Location is in a strip mall across the street from the Mall of GA (closer to BWW Mall entrance). There is plenty of parking, and I've never had a problem finding a spot. Employees are still wearing masks (but that may have changed after Friday's CDC guidance adjustment). My smoothie hit the spot and was prepared as requested.
