Waited 45 minutes for oily fries, dry hard steak, watery beans, soggy broccoli, and alfredo sauce that tasted like the jar store kind. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star restaurant at the mall but by FAR the worst thing I have ever ate. I paid 77$ to starve for 45 minutes and after I got my food bc I threw it out. Disgusting is an understatement.

I went here few months ago. My steak was burnt I asked for rare. Rice wasent.made right everything was terrible Terrible place Checkers did better job before they came along. Don’t spend ur money here

The attention of the people could not be better, the food is very good.
First time eating here today. My daughter and I decided to stop by the MOG today for a bite to eat after a long day and I chose Steak Up. The young man at the counter was courteous and nice. I ordered the salad with grilled chicken for $13, no drink. My daughter chose to eat from a different vendor, we sat with our orders and I was excited to try Brazilian food. I have only eaten Brazilian food from Fogo De Chao, and their food is always delicious!I was SO disappointed with Steak Up! My grilled chicken was SALTY! The salad (just the greens) was good but the chicken tasted as if I ordered salt with a side of chicken. I couldn't finish my meal, after a third piece of chicken i had to spit it out because the texture of the chicken felt as if it were RAW! $13 bagged and into the trash. I really tried giving Steak Up the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe the one or two pieces of grilled chicken I had may have been sprinkled with too much salt but it was too much salt, I love flavor but i felt my blood pressure increase. I hope the owner takes this review as positive critique, I'll check back if the reviews say different. Because I have heard of other Steak Up locations being good.

Very disappointed. I know I was at a food court in a mall, so it’s not like I had the highest expectations but what I found was quite frustrating. I paid $17 plus tip for the sad food in the picture. The corn was soggy, no butter was given for the potato and the meat tasted good but definitely not enough to fill up one adult. I had to wait 25 min to get the food which considering I did no line to order is quite annoying especially when you are with a toddler (his food was as sad). The salad had no seasoning.
