i’m new to america and tried to call to ask about what they offer since i’ve never been, these persons did not have any respect for me or my accent, which struggles in english, i tried to call back but they didn’t would not answer, this place is horrible

Only the cookies where delivered and the wrong ones. I do not know nor do I care of anything happened with the app. They told me that I can go and pick it up but if I order a delivery it might mean that I can't nor I want to drive for any reason. I asedio if I can get a refund for just the sándwich and they told me no. It is disappointing. At least the guy that was on the phone was very polite.

As someone who has frequented this Subway location for years, it’s disappointing to see the steady decline in both service and quality. What was once a reliably decent stop for a quick bite has become an exercise in lowered expectations.

To start, this location rarely honors national deals or accepts common Subway coupons—something most other stores have no issue with. It’s frustrating to feel penalized for being a regular customer, especially when the chain promotes these offers widely.

Ordering ahead is supposed to save time, but it seems to come with a side of indifference here. Requesting a toasted sub? Don’t count on it. More often than not, you’ll be handed something lukewarm and limp, clearly untouched by any toaster oven.

The staff, who used to be reasonably attentive, now appear disinterested and lethargic. Simple requests—extra veggies, light sauce, toasted bread—seem to short-circuit the process entirely. It’s not a one-time fluke; it’s become a consistent pattern.

I haven’t given up on this location entirely, but unless there’s a clear turnaround in how it’s managed and staffed, I may start driving a bit further to one of the other locations that still seem to care.
