Absolute horrid experience at Cheesecake factory Buford by MANAGER ON DUTY LEAIRA MITCHELL. Unprofessional, disrespectful and has no place leading a shift of people or a business. Our waitress recognized we were not provided the correct drink and was confident her manager, LEIRA would do the right thing and remove it from our order. It was my Husband Birthday dinner and we just wanted a good meal with good service. She not only refused the resolve the error of the drink but told us to LEAVE the restaurant!!! Waved her hand at us and DISMISSED us at the hostess desk!! It abhorrent that your establishment condones and hires employee like LIERA Who has such a lack of human compassion and respect and who would ever stoop to such lows when servicing their patrons. Such a shameful representation of leadership.

Our server was outstanding. She never messed up an order, and she always checked on us. The appetizers were wonderful, but my for my main course, my potatoes were extremely cold. But the management took care of it.

Dont really get the hype about this place. The food is very mediocre and way overpriced. Service was super slow. When I finally got my food the mashed potatoes and steak was cold. The silverware is very dirty and we had to send a water back because there was black stuff floating in it. Only thing that was good was the cheesecake.

Chicken was extremely burnt. Also, curbside parking is such a hassle. Plenty of cars parked in the curbside pick up spot with no one inside the cars.

Awesome time at the cheesecake factory! Service was exceptional and food was terrific! We spilt the lunch special flatbread and salad! It was plenty of food for 2 ladies! I even brought home two small pieces of flatbread. We had the everything flatbread and the salad was so fresh! The ranch dressing was spectacular! We'll be back again soon! 5 stars. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

The food was so tasty with good portions but the place was so crowded we had to wait for an hour to get a table although we had a reservation.

Tonight was amazing at this place! Drinks were filled without asking and the food was delicious. My favorite is the fried shrimp and Chocolate Cake! Awesome place for a date night.

The rating I leave you is due to your lack of seriousness regarding advance orders and only with an Excuse me do you try to get away from responsibility with your clients without looking for how to solve or correct the problem. Be serious, if someone orders you a cake, have the decency to get the person who caused the problem out of trouble. Their reputation remains from their seriousness.

Ordered delivery today just to be sent refried chicken. This is expected at Popeyes, but not The Cheesecake Factory. Very disappointed and a waste of 50 bucks. This meal is going exactly where it belongs. I'm the trash. It was a bag sign when no bread or utensils came in the bag. Contacted Kim Polk the MOD. A AND SHE WAS NO HELP AT ALL. THEY REALLY NEED BETTER HELP
