had us sat within 30 minutes and our server Kolin as phenomenal.

Went there for my friend’s birthday dinner on Saturday night. We made a reservation so we didn’t have to wait for a table for more than 5 mins. The waiter was super friendly. On the downside, our appetizer was cold (the eggroll sampler). I ordered the Louisiana chicken pasta and the bows were hard and dry. The skin off the chicken was falling apart and the chicken itself tasted rubbery. My friend ordered another pasta dish & hers was dry as well. My 3rd friend ordered steak (medium cooked) and frites and her steak came out rare/medium rare.. the cheesecakes at the end were still frozen. We had to take them to go so they would thaw out.. probably wouldn’t recommend eating there on a busy night.

I got the chicken madeira and it was excellent. My wife got the fried chicken salad and it is our new favorite above Longhorn. The egg roll sampler was absolutely delicious.

The food was amazing! Chyna the bartendress was an absolute pleasure and a perfect service professional I've worked restaurants and bars my entire career and she was completely fabulous 100% all the food came out quickly and beautifully presented was absolutely delicious and she made one of the best margaritas I've ever had we've been through a lot of trauma in our home lives lately and I really appreciate how much care she put into her service with us

Service was OK. Music was so loud that you couldn't hear the waitress. Food was average. My wife ordered asparagus and it was cold. The beans I had with my fish tacos looked and tasted as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for several hours. Won't be back. First time I have had this experience at Cheesecake Factory.

We went out for a birthday dinner and it was exactly what we needed. Everyone enjoyed their food and service was very kind. We were able to make adjustments to our orders as needed and size portion wise, we all had something to take home.

Chyna the bartender and the managers are awesome- always impressed to see a manager being so hands on with supporting the serving staff. The kitchen is the weak link in the chain. Never had an issue with appetizers, but everything else is a toss of the coin. Lemon ricotta asparagus? Often has no lemon or one time it might have a massive amount of ricotta and nearly none the next. Leto days ago ordered the Bee Sting Flatbread - it was missing the bee and the sting - no Calabrian chilis, or honey. My wife usually orders salads and often half the ingredients are missing or so skimpy that we’ve literally paid $20 for just a bowl of lettuce. This has been an extremely consistent problem for over a year. Kitchen needs some quality control.

I had a friend order all the way from Texas to Georgia for my birthday dinner. I was so disappointed in the condition my birthday meal arrived in. I called the restaurant and the customer service i received was even more disappointing. I was basically shuffled between door dash and cheesecake factory for hours with no resolve. We dressed up in the house and lit candles just for my dinner to be completely ruined. Door dash wasnt the issue. The fod was prepared horribly.

Pretty good but cheesecake needs to change their menu. Add some more options. It's been the same menu for decades and I think it's time to change it up a bit.

I loved this restaurant. This is the second time I have eaten here and the second time Ive enjoyed myself. I have celiac (gluten-free) and really enjoyed their burger. I had no reaction to the meal and it was delicious. Our server Marlow was super sweet and very personable. I am thankful for her care while we were there.

I had one of their margaritas with dinner and it was also very good! I was surprised at how well this restaurant presented dining to their customers. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean, we'll ventilated, and comfortable.

I came last week for dinner with a couple of friends who happen to be teenagers. I don’t know if that was the reason we received such poor service. We waited an unusually long time to even be checked on. Worst part everyone got sick the day after.
