Amazing experience. Food was fantastic and the service was great. The cheesecake left me speechless. I would recomnend this restaurant for wonderful food and great environment. You will be glad you did!

Event to celebrate my son birthday and we asked the hostess can we set in the patio 9:00 p.m. she said no the patio is closed and she is very rude

Waitress was nice. Wait was long for the food, it was cold and extremely bland when we recieved it. All 5 plates were pland. Table and silverware was sticky and dirty. Super disappointed. Won't be back

Passion fruit mojitos and passion fruit martinis for the ladies were actually quite good. Wasn't certain how the whole mojito thing would turn out, but yes, quite good.

Herb crusted salmon was plated interestingly and executed perfectly. Kids pizza was exactly as advertised and our five year old dining companion ate all but a couple bites. The two steak dishes were amazing with a perfect medium rare. The chicken was moist, well seasoned, with a great sauce.

A big hit from the beginning was the lettuce wraps. Appetizers: some assembly required. Always a favorite and the three different sauces allow you to customize it even more.

Dessert... hey, the name IS Cheesecake Factory! Godiva chocolate cheesecake will satisfy any chocolate cravings! We also got the apple crisp for something different and that was good as well... but I think it will be cheesecake all around for dessert next time!

Enjoyed our Sunday meal here. London was an incredible server and we really appreciate his attention to detail and overall hospitality.

Excellent experience from start to finish! Working in the area and wanted the Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps. My order was cooked and presented perfectly, just as I ordered with only carrots and cucumbers on the side with just peanut sauce. Dallas was my server and from the moment he greeted me and took my order until I paid my bill, he provided outstanding service with a smile and an authentically friendly demeanor! When the table next to me left, within 30 seconds a young man, Evan, came to clean the table and he was the fastest and most efficient busser I have ever seen. Spoke to the Asst General Manager, Nathan, on the way out to let him know what a great experience it was and I could tell why the servers and bussers were so good because he exhibited the same qualities and was bussing a table when I spoke to him. This is the best Cheesecake Factory I have experienced in a while. Keep up the great work!

Food was not as good as I had hoped. The potstickers were so good. But the fish (in the fish and chips) and the chicken (in the bang bang chicken) was really overcooked. The staff was so pleasant though. Tough work on such a busy evening, our food did take some time to come out.

service isn’t great and i got the chicken salad sandwhich, which had barley any flavorless chicken salad on it. was a big sandwhich and the bread was good. my boyfriend got the salmon with steamed broccoli, broccoli was over steamed and really mushy, and the salmon tasted bland. i used to come here a lot but we stopped after that experience.

Horrible service! 3 visits and I can no longer excuse their rudeness and lack of customer service. I'm not inclined to spend or tip when im greeted with an attitude or ignored as soon as you enter.

Great selection of different foods. Love the Saturday/Sunday brunch menu! Very busy and can be difficult to get seated, with long wait times.

Had a great dinner. The fish and chips were my favorite. It did take a bit longer than usual to get my food, but i enjoyed it once I received it.

My husband called to make a reservation and received confirmation over the phone. However, when we arrived, they couldn't find his information. They suggested he called the wrong number, so we had to show them our call log as proof. The manager on duty was very rude, claiming she hadn't spoken to anyone and that he must be lying, despite us showing her the call log. She was never apologetic, which really put a damper on our family celebration. We will not be returning.
