Alright place, but be prepared to be nickel-and-dimed.
It would’ve been nice to know before booking that there’s an extra $40 fee just to have two bays together for our party of 10, and another $6 per person membership charge if it’s your first visit.

I had family visiting from out of town who now have memberships to a place that doesn’t even exist where they live—absolutely crazy. And this was on top of the already pricey bay rental. The receipt they email only showed the deposit made, didnt find out about all the extra until after we arrived and balanced was already paid. A little shady in my opinion!

Being more transparent about these fees at the time of booking would go a long way. Disappointed, and not sure it was worth the added surprises.

Overall the food was good but the service was terrible. We felt rushed the entire time from start to finish which is why we will never return to this location. We were visiting out of town a this was the worst service we ever had at a Top Golf. After the waitress took our drink orders she brought the drinks and never asked us if we wanted any food before walking off. After several minutes we found the manager to take our orders and she was very polite. However, our server was not. Close to the end of our playing time she informed us the time was almost up and we can take our food inside to finish eating it and this was a few minutes after the food arrived. By that time our guest who ordered food about 45 minutes prior to our time ending only had 10 mins to eat their food by the time it arrived. She never offered to-go boxes knowing they wouldn’t have time to finish eating at the bay. Within 4 mins of our time ending we were asked to leave because another group of people were coming. This happened while we were in the middle of boxing up food at the table. We moved inside to finish some food and my dad went back to table to check and see if he left his bag and nobody was even at the table. So this whole rushing us for the next guests wasn’t even true. Overall I would not recommend this location.

Put our reservation where there was about to be a party. Charged us for 2 hours, but only let us play for 1.5 hours. We even offered to move to another bay but they wanted to charge us again for the time overlap. Stupid policy! Lost regular customers and cancelling our company Christmas event!

Your management team at this location is absolutely terrible.

Imagine walking up to a customer with attitude and “eyes” like you’re going to punch someone because YOU overcharged them.

Immediately played the “victim” card and had a problem controlling his emotions.

Who decided management here? In what world is it okay to try and bow up to a customer that YOU borderline scammed?

Lost over 20mins of game time going back and fourth about a “ghost” charge on my card.

Instead was told to “not cuss” when I literally just said the bill was “bs” and your manager wants to get in my face. I apologized immediately but he continued to act like an emotional teenager.

This individual then “removed” the charge and told us he’d be back to confirm. Instead he disappeared for over 15mins while we waited AGAIN. Never to return. I spoke to a separate manager and he said “oh he told you guys you were covered” NO HE DIDNT.

I will never return, I wish I could have all my visits refunded. And I honestly demand a full refund at this point.

Our visit to Top Golf Buford was underwhelming from the start. I wasn’t allowed to bring in my personal water bottle, which felt unnecessary given that water is complimentary anyway. That set a frustrating tone right off the bat.

Due to a long wait, we chose to order food in the lounge. Just as our food arrived, our bay became available—what seemed like perfect timing quickly turned inconvenient. We were told we had to close out our tab and carry our food ourselves to the bay, rather than having it transferred. It felt disorganized and disruptive.

We also tried the donut hole promotion, which turned out to be a letdown. I had to remind the server twice that they were supposed to be free before they were finally removed from our bill.

Once we got settled in our bay—barely within the five-minute grace period—we paid for two hours of play. Unfortunately, the service continued to disappoint. Our server was inattentive and difficult to locate. I had to track her down just to get a glass of water, which was especially frustrating since I’m a heavy water drinker and typically bring my own bottle. That experience discouraged me from ordering anything else, even though I usually enjoy cocktails during our visits.

Overall, the lack of coordination and poor service made what should’ve been a relaxing outing feel like a hassle. With a few operational tweaks and better staff training, they could improve the guest experience—and likely boost their revenue in the process.

If I could I would leave zero stars service was horrible only came to check up on us right when we got our food they announced last call and never came as a server to check up on us or let us know it’s last call on food or drinks. As I went up to a manger and asked for a server she gave me attitude and asked when was the last time he checked and still have attitude came to our table and ask what did we need we told her and said they announced everything was already closed I let her know about our server and as I told her in a nice way she told the server “ I got this” made it seem I was coming at them when I was just trying to be cordial worst place ever !!!

We got a sample plate the it wasn't that great the tender was way smaller than the slider bread the pretzel bites had a nice taste the cheese dip was a bit spicy but we like spicy

Extremely disappointing experience. My family and I came here excited for a fun day, but instead left frustrated. We checked in for a bay and were told the wait would be 2–2.5 hours, which we expected on a Saturday. We decided to have a meal in the dining area while we waited. Despite the dining area being nearly empty, we sat for 30–45 minutes without anyone taking our order. The lack of basic service was unacceptable. Staff saw us seated, yet no one approached our table the entire time. This is not the level of hospitality one should expect from a business that prides itself on guest experience. This visit ruined our plans for the day. If management wants to keep guests coming back, they need to seriously address the service standards at this location.
